This company sells broken dodgy cars and fail to follow the consumer rights act. You will not get the refund that you are entitled to within the 30day buying period. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Class motors advertise cars as perfect working order when they are not. It is not just one mistake with one car, they eventually let us borrow a car whilst a 'mate they know' fixed ours, the borrowed car advertised as perfect working order yet it was dangerous! Handbrake didn't even work so someone else will get duped. They even denied any fault with the car we had purchased despite thick black smoke blowing out of the exhaust, they said "nothing wrong with it, I can't see any black smoke! at least people won't get close behind you".

I bought a car from this garage on Sunday. As we were only spending a small amount of money £600, we really weren't expecting much. We would be happy getting up to a year from it.
To start the sales guy was nice and friendly and allowed us to take a test drive. Everything seemed to be ok with the car so we decided to purchase it. We then drove the car home (about 5.6 miles). When we got home we seen that there was some sort of liquid leaking from the bottom of the car. When we opened the bonnet we could see that there was water/coolant leaking from the side of the engine.
We straight away brought the car back to the garage. The sales guys was still there, he had a look and agreed that there was a leak. He noticed that the coolant bottle was empty which he filled up. He then advised us to bring the car back tomorrow when they will be able to get a mechanic look at it.
We drove the car back home, but about a quarter mile from the house, the cockpit started filling with smoke. We pulled over and noticed smoke coming from the engine bay. We stopped the car immediately. Having to push the car home the rest of the way.
We then called the garage which happened to be closed, there was a mobile number on their website which we rung and was answered. We explained what had happened, again we got the same sales guy and he seemed very nice and polite. He said he would pass our details to the director for him to call us.
The next day I called again, and was told to call the director, which I did. After explaining the situation, He was told 'what do you expect when you buy a car for £600. After a little to and fro, I was advised to bring the car back. I said we could not as we did not feel safe driving it. He said we had to or else there was nothing we could do.
After calling around to see if we could get the car back, my partner decided to call the director again to see if he could do anything. She was told it was our duty to bring the car back. She was then told that she could put the car on her head for all he cared.
In the end we paid to get the picked up and brought back.
Before we had brought the car back he said he would look at it and deem if the issue was something we caused. Before we left our house to bring the car back I emailed them with a rejection letter stating I was rejecting the car. Which can be done under consumer law.
When we got to the garage, they became nice and happy again and gave us a straight refund.
IT was pleasant dealing with this garage at first but once we had to deal with them over the phone it became a different story. These people are telephone tough guys.
Be very careful and if you can get a mechanic to check the car when you buy it.

i seen car on auto trader and went to see the car as its one mile from home ,the sales man show me the car and offer me a test drive and i asked him i am new driver so just tell me is its good car he reply yes and i drive around the town and i asked him gear box is not looking fine ,he reply its should be ok when you used to.any how we pay deposit and call for insurance and road i done every thing fast because i need a car for traveling to work place.when i paid full amount then the asked me we do not have v5,any service history or mot papers . i was very disappointed but i took the chance to save my job but thing goes wrong on Monday morning , i just drove the car 3 mile and clutch , gearbox gone and i call recovery driver to move the car from middle on the road. And car still in garage ,Know the owner asking me dont write a negative review and if you do so we take you to the court.
