Can’t rate Lookers Preston highly enough. I’m so pleased with my new car, which was pristine. The service was professional and the staff friendly. They were even willing to deliver the car to me. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
We had a very positive experience from browsing to purchasing the car. Sam was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience a pleasure. We felt zero pressure from him and were well informed every step of the way. We are so happy with our purchase and can’t recommend Volkswagen Preston enough!
I’ll start by saying that I love my new car. Very happy with it. Scott was very pleasant to deal with. Only downside was that on the date and time specified to collect, someone had locked away the V5 form and keys. It was a 2 hour round trip that we had to remake. Compensation was given with a tank of petrol and the promise of a hamper. The apology hamper never appeared! Maybe we will have to wait until we buy our next car! If you promise something then you should really deliver. Little things make you think twice about the value towards their customers
Recently purchased a brand new VW car from here. The process was seamless with great advice and no pressure selling. Thank you to Dan in Sales who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process especially with the complicated technical stuff that comes with all new cars nowadays! I love my car and from previous experience can recommend their after sales service.
Fantastic experience with the service team. After trying many different VW dealerships in the area, they managed to get my partners car in with the work being completed and the car ready 48 hours later. With other dealerships quoting January time for the work to be completed. A special thank you to Matt the service manager for everything. From getting the car turned around so quickly and the expense covering. Would highly recommend

Just took my car in for a service and MOT, really felt the need to leave a review. The service and department are amazing, collection and delivery team were so helpful. Completely hassle free. Email communications about the service was really easy to understand. Just really pleased with everything they've done. They cleaned the car better than a proper car wash as well. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks.
Went into lookers at Preston today as my wind screen jets were not working properly and was in need of some help as i had tried everything! . Dan in the service area was very helpful and friendly, after explaining in detail what it would be and reassuring me it wouldnt be anything serious i must had a look of worry on my facehe managed to fix the issue in a matter of minutes whilst he told me to relax and help myself to coffee in the show room. I have been to other lookers locations and I can honestly say i have never received the high standard service that i received today, would highly recommend.Thanks Dan for all your help.

I called to enquire about bolts for a rear bush on my car, I was given a estimate price. I went into the branch and the advisor went out of his way he gave me the time came out with a diagram which I could keep for my mechanic. He went the extra mile for the bolts so the parts arrive today collecting from different branch. The service was above satisfactory for something which was not very expensive, credit to vw again thank-you for the service
