My wife and have recently bought a car from north west autos in Blackburn and what wonderful experience it was. From start to finish the guys there were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us, we dealt with Any who was brilliant, He even put insignia mats in the car to finish it off. Overall these guys put the fun back into buying a car and I will definitely be going back when my wife needs a new car. I would definitely recommend these guys if your looking for a new car

My wife and I have just purchased a SLK 350 from here and all I can say is  5 stars is not enough to award this garage. We were treated with the utmost respect and patience during our decision making. Jimmy, Abby and the rest of the staff were the most friendly accommodating people I have ever met, and don't be fooled this was not some smarmy salesman patter I have experienced in the past. So a BIG THANK YOU from me and my wife and we look forward to buying our next car from you( but not just yet we want to enjoy our new purchase)

We've had our VW Passat for a good few months now, NW Autos were fabulous from the very beginning. No pushy salesmen, just helpful chaps ready to help but equally happy to leave you to have a good look at their excellent selection of cars. 
They were happy to let us test drive the cars we fancied on the day we decided to call in. 
All of the cars appeared in great condition when we were looking, you only need to pop down to see for yourself the quality of their cars. 
We came for a look around because of two other people we knew who had bought cars with them and were completely satisfied. We weren't disappointed.
A few months on the car is still performing well and I have no qualms in giving this glowing review.
Without question, we will be visiting again when it's time to swap our car!

We were looking for a good reliable car for our 22 year old son with Autism who had passed his test 3 weeks ago and after plenty of searching came across a 2003 Corsa with 10,500 miles on the clock at North West Autos.

Came over from Bradford to be met by the fantastic Shami (a good Bradford lad) as well as the wonderful Jimmy who both dealt with us  brilliantly.

The car was a bit more than others we had seen but the genuine 10,500 miles showed through in an almost perfect 15 year old car. Did not bother with a test drive and after driving it home to Bradford for our son I have to say it was well and truly worth the journey and paying the extra.

Keep up the great work chaps and will be back for one for Sue and maybe even me.

Having recently had a bad experience with a car I bought from a trader over a hundred miles away. This time I wanted to purchase locally,  having checked reviews online NWA's seemed to have good to excellent reviews so decided to give them a visit.  I have to say they live up to their online reputation and some. All the plaudits are well deserved.  Most importantly for me their honesty was refreshing.  I paid what I would consider the upper end of the price range for my car but then it is  low mileage.  It came fully serviced with a fresh Mot, and a 3 months warranty, new brakes all round and all within the purchase price, not an extra add on.  The mechanic even gave me a run down of the vehicle and key features.  In summary,  delighted with the service,  delighted with the price,  delighted with the car, the kids and wife love it. Thanks to all the team at NWA's.
