Bought a Range Rover lied about a broken wheel sensor. All four wheels came lose the same day with both my children in. Three other faults and no money or a sorry. 14k down the drain. Just had the phone put down on me for asking for the wheel nut money back. Stay clear of this place. Going to see if the local paper is interested next.

I bought a range rover here superb no pressure service. After a few days had a problem with a sensor, I phoned John and he booked me in and replaced the sensor.
Superb service couldn't want for more.

Bought a Renault going into winter 2017 to suit my budget at that time.  It's a great car for the money.    The guys couldn't have been more helpful in assisting me, Esp John.  Would definitely recommend and buy again from Ryder's

KEEP WELL AWAY
Extremely poor customer service! Bought a Peugeot 308 SW in February 2017 and have had nothing but trouble. 

Firstly after 2 months of purchasing the turbo went. The 6 month warranty that was promised with the car had not been officially put in place, apparently Sean had not completed the paperwork. Sean however did send the car to a garage to be mended. Unfortunately this brought more problems. With lack of communication and poor craftsmanship, in total the car was sent back and forth 3 times before the problem was fixed.

In September 2017 a total of 4 months later the turbo had broke. Sean claimed that the turbo was not covered on warranty despite only being renewed 4 months prior. This time when collecting the car from the garage that Sean had left it with it, I found that the car windows had been left open the front seats were sodden and a pool of water welcomed me in the footwell. Again  during this process I had to constantly chase Rydal motors for any information. I asked for a receipt for the work carried out after numerous phone calls I am still yet to receive this.

On the 23rd of December 2017 just 3 months since the last turbo was fitted I am again having problems with it. Sean claimed he would try and get a diagnostic machine to our house on the 24th of December to diagnose the problem and take it from there. I waited in all day and yet he had no consideration to contact me to inform me he couldn't make it. After numerous phone calls to Rydal motors since the 28th of December today Sean basically said to sort it out ourselves.

The process with Rydal Motors has been a complete nightmare. Staff having been nothing but unhelpful and customer care has been disgraceful.
