A no hassle purchase, everything went smoothly, from purchase to handover. Scott sorted me out a great deal on the car and kept me updated and always quick to get back to me from any of my Q's all the way up to the car arriving.,Scott made sure everything was in order for Adam who handed me the keys making sure the car and all paperwork had been checked so no time was wasted. Adam was also really quick getting back to me and checking on couple of questions i had after purchase. Loving the Taigo

I have been a customer for 4 years and the courtesy and welcome shown has been amazing. The staff are friendly and provide amazing support and first class service. Which is why I don't go anywhere else and simply come back again and again. Special mention must go to Kathy who is the star of the show, with her professionalism and tireless dedication.
I would like to say thanks for the great service I received from Csilla. From start to finish of my purchase of my new golf. She give me 100% attention, very helpful, explained everything and always greeted me with a smile. It was the welcoming service from Csilla that helped me to decide to buy from you again instead of going somewhere else.
The staff myself and my wife dealt with were very helpful and considerate to our situation. The lady on the service desk cant remember her name was excellent in changing my service day and for arranging the collection. The man who came to collect the car who my wife dealt with was very nice and friendly. Overall again another great service and one of the reasons we return to VW Blackburn when getting a new car.
I recently bought a used car from here and was very impressed with the service before, during and after the sale. Adam sent me a personalised video of the car as I was travelling a significant distance to collect. He clearly understood and appreciated the cars they sell rather than just solely being there to sell things and had a lot of interesting points to say when I was there to collect. He showed me how to set up my phone on the car’s system and all the features it has – which was very helpful as well as giving me chance to look over the car to make sure I was 100% happy. They also put enough petrol in to get me home which at the moment is a pretty decent extra. All the documents were signed through email, which was very straightforward, as was the px of my old car which was valued through honest descriptions over the phone and a quick double check on the day. The car itself was very clean inside – perhaps reading through one or two other reviews this is something they have addressed and rectified. I could not fault any part of it, and I was also contacted post-sale to make sure everything was going well. Above all though, Adam is an absolute credit to the company, fantastic service and seemed a genuinely nice bloke.
Absolutely brilliant and amazing staff. We had the pleasure of Mrs Kathy Higham dealing with all our vehicle needs. She was prompt and up to date with everything regarding our paperwork, vehicle and shipping details. Everything handled professionally. We as a family were put at ease from day one and we knew we were in the best place possible. From start to finish a first class service.
I had to wait approximately 2.5 months from ringing to make an appointment which at the time was a pretty severe fault! to actually getting my car booked in. Fortunately the fault corrected itself after 2 days otherwise I would not have been able to use my car! After getting my car booked in the service was fantastic.
Brilliant customer service, Jack was very competent and professional he found me the perfect car exactly what I was looking for. Jack was very patient answering all my questions and had the car ready for collection on time as promised. Definitely recommend.
I could not fault the service that we received off Liam Wilson and Lookers. Liam was excellent, he was never pushy like some old school sales men. It was a totally stress free purchase. Liam is a credit to Lookers i would not hesitate in dealing with him again when im looking for my next car. Thanks Liam
