Purchased our first Mercedes from here today and we absolutely love it.  The whole buying experience from this business is the best experience we have had. After a while of looking for a Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupé that met my criteria I found one at Global Automobiles. I arranged to view and travelled an hour to see the car. I was met by Tracey who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The car was amazing! The price was fantastic too. So I bought the car and the aftersales care provided is excellent. I would recommend Global Automobiles to everyone. Thank you!

From start to finish Junior and Connor were incredibly helpful and responsive to my questions and requests. They made sure everything was in order before I drove away in my new Mercedes C-Class! Great car, great service, would highly recommend and definitely buy from Global again.

This is the second car I have bought from Global i bought a Mercedes E class with very low mileage dealt with Tracey nothing was to much trouble had a few little dents which you can except from a 11 year old car, but they sorted it out for me, the car  looks amazing, would definitely recommend a company you can trust.

I could not recommend Junior and the staff at Global Automobiles enough! Great customer service throughout the purchase. Easy going and not pushy. From viewing the vehicle, to test driving it, everyone was very professional and respectful. We were also offered a good deal with the warranty on our Range Rover Sport. As for now, i could not be any happier with our purchase. Very pleasant experince.

Fantastic Service all round. The car I called for was sold unfortunately. However, Tracey was very quick to source me an alternative, same spec, lower miles and cheaper than the one I had originally called for. The car was immaculate and came with a dealer approved service. I must also mention the handover process was brilliant, a very polite and knowledgeable gentleman called Connor showed us round, talked us through the controls and even got me connected to the Bluetooth. I will definitely be back again. Hope to see you next year for my annual service. Thank you

We bought our car online without seeing it but we were sent lots of photos and a video so we could see the car in detail. Tracey was very helpful and patient answering all our questions! The car arrived delivered to our door and it is immaculate and just as good as the photos. A big thank you to Tracey and Connor for all their help and also to Kirsty for driving such a long way. Don’t worry if you have not bought online before you are in safe hands with this company.

I cannot recommend Global Automobiles highly enough. The car I purchased was a fantastic bargain - fantastic condition and an absolute joy to drive. On top of that the service was faultless; they went out of their way literally, I live in Wales to get the car to me as quickly as possible. I recently bought a Mercedes E class from global automobiles, and have nothing negative to say of the experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the car was in fantastic condition and was well presented when I arrived. A company I would happily buy from again.

What a fantastic experience compared to many car dealerships. Tracey and Connor couldn't have been more helpful. All the paperwork was sorted and we drove the new car away following a part exchange of my existing car. Brilliant from start to finish.
