I can not thank the staff at Sarah Mains enough for their flawless service during the process of purchasing our first  home. We were kept informed from start to finish and did not have to chase anything up, all of our questions and queries were dealt with efficiently. Everything was prompt  but not rushed and was very professional, Helen in particular is a credit to this branch. I would not hesitate to use this branch in the future and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an reliable and trustworthy estate agent. Thanks again for all your help, Carly & Dan.

We are buying and selling through Sarah Mains and they've been brilliant. hard working and friendly, the team made sure that we got what we wanted by understanding and considering our needs. 2 weeks after going on the market, we were under offer. Impressive!

Cannot fault Sarah Mains from start to finish. The service was impeccable. All of the staff that I dealt with (Amie, Wendy and Helen) were totally on the ball, very efficient, friendly and kept me completely in the loop. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will be using them for all future sales.

I purchased my current property through Sarah Mains 3 years ago and didn’t hesitate in using them when it came to selling it. Amy was incredibly helpful in all aspects of arranging the sale (and made the property look great in the photos!) Very efficient and reliable and I had confidence that I was in good hands.

Wendy then dealt with the viewings and liaising with potential buyers. We had a constant flow of viewings and sold quickly. 

Overall a great service - will use again.

When we put our house up for sale.  Susan was the person who liaised with me.  Susan always kept me up to date with a follow up from clients who viewed.  She was always polite and very efficient.  Although my house was up for sale for quite a while (because of the higher price bracket) she never forgot to keep in touch even when we had no viewings for sometime Susan would always catch up with us to let us know we weren’t forgotten.  Everything was handles professionally and up until we sold she still kept in touch and wished us the very best.

I can honestly say Fine & Country’s staff were very professional and I would recommend anyone selling their house to contact them.

Thankyou everyone at Fine & Country for their excellent service and a special thanks to Susan sorry but I don’t know her surname.
