My daughter is still waiting to hear about her bond 4 weeks after she has moved out. Been in touch as many times by Text, e mail and phone and still nothing back. The flat was spotless apart from all the repairs that were never carried out which was the reason she moved in the first place.

Ben Barnes from Pattinsons’ was absolutely fantastic prior to our move and in the first couple of days in the property. He really went above and beyond and I felt supported, valued and his help ensured that some potentially stressful things (not related to Pattinsons’) were resolved swiftly. Thank you Laura
