Amazing company, very helpful at all times and staff are wonderful and very friendly! If any queries regarding anything, always respond very quickly to emails/ phone calls, and are very efficient when doing so! Couldn't recommend them enough! Had one small problem with the house we are renting which was out of their control, which was solved the next day straight away with professional workers. Couldn't recommend them enough!!! Thank you for being amazing in our first HOME!

I noticed Hive Estates from the first day I started my property search, because the property they offer really is one of the best on the market. I am now working directly with Roz who is a great agent. We're from outside of UK that's why we couldn't do viewings and Roz helped us by making wonderful videos of the property. Moreover, I am a person who asks quite a lot of questions and she has always answered me very attentively. I can't yet judge the tenancy because it is to start next year, but everything that proceeds is on the highest level. After we move in, we would definitely leave another review, I hope it'll be as positive as this one.

Got to the accommodation it was was very dirty. They had to get someone over to clean it. Even then it was still very dirty. The washing machine breaks down and there is 'nothing they can do'. Would not recommend. Location is probably the only good thing

The worst estate agents in Newcastle. When you first meet they are very friendly and approachable, but once money is handed over that soon changes. Hive expected £1400 to be sent to them to secure the student tenancy but were not willing to produce or sign a contract. I had to drive from home during summer to speak face to face in order to have a contract drawn up, during which the supposed owner couldnt control his temper and started shouting. As we had already invested a fair sum we couldnt back out now. As a tenant living in the property, they turn up unannounced for viewings letting themselves in and when we first arrived we had to wait outside of the property because it wasnt clean. Save yourself the stress and AVOID.

Worst letting agent I have ever experienced. I suspect they are utterly incompetent rather than malicious, however unfortunately the net result is shockingly bad service to both landlord and tenant alike.
