We bought a house in Newcastle through Paul, who was recommended by a friend. Very nice and very patiently. I would recommend anyone go through him if they need an intelligent person by your side who will be there every step of the way.

Personally some properties are either hit and miss. I have worked there before and all the staff are friendly to customers plus they all work hard and do there best to get things done, of course I understand why some customers will be unhappy with the timing of our response but please understand they have 15-20+ emails to write back everyday. Either way I personally did enjoy working there and I myself believe I did my best to satisfy all the clients I received in the company and so did my co workers.

I lived in one of their managed property before. Staff are very nice and friendly. I do not have any problem for living there. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Very bad services. It 's a shame Duo is a wife of Paul. Teamed up to throw dust to the eyes of the public. Rating themselves 5stars. Not being rude though, they don't even deserve one star. Never recommend to anyone
