Rettie are amazing! We got several quotes from other estate agents and choose Rettie because of their faultless customer service and professionalism. All of the staff we dealt with were superb from Rob with our initial meetings and viewing and Mary and the team for helping us through a process that was new to us and always replying to emails and answering the phone for even the smallest of questions. On top of that they are also amazing at what they do- they sold our property for over asking price, before it even went online! If we ever sell a property again we will definitely use these guys - we can not thank them enough!

I just wanted to thank the team at Newcastle for their excellent service in selling my flat recently.  Their professional but friendly approach made the whole process much less stressful than it otherwise would have been, and their efforts to achieve a sale and their communication throughout the whole process has been commendable.  I would definitely instruct them again on a future sale.

I chose Rettie because of the personal service they offered, the rapport they built with me as a potential client and the quality of their proposal for selling my home.  Throughout the process the team was professional, responsive, patient and nothing was too much trouble.  They really went above and beyond and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking about selling their home.  Many thanks to Rob, Mary & Emma (we got there in the end!)

We just brought our home via Rettie and are really happy with the services they provided. Mary and Emma answered inquiries immediately and served as good middle-women between ourselves and the sellers, helping resolve issues and troubleshoot. We highly recommend Rettie Newcastle and thank Mary, especially, for meeting our deadlines and pushing everything through for us.

I sold my flat with Rettie at asking price less than 48 hours after it went on the market. They were a breath of fresh air versus other estate agents I spoke to - did not pressure, gave a valuation that was fair and did not  guarantee a very quick sale for them. The team were all honest and transparent which I appreciated greatly. They stayed in touch, were friendly and approachable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
