AVOID this agent at all costs.  They allowed my daughter to move into a flat that breached health and safety requirements (a non-working, 3.5 years out of date fire alarm for starters!). With false promises at every turn, they come up with every excuse under the sun but show no attempt at rectifying any problems, never mind serious ones.   It has taken me nearly 5 months to get my daughter out of a contract that they were in breach of (I have plenty of evidence to back this up).  They try and attempt to charge for cleaning (even when you leave it in better condition than you when you move in);  rubbish that was outside the flat when my daughter first moved in, was still outside months after she moved out;  the cooker was so dirty it smoked - I could go on! All they do is blame it on their contractors! They tried to charge her £54 + VAT PER HOUR for late payment of rent - apparently this is a reasonable clause within the tenancy agreement! (rent was withheld initially due to the problems she was encountering, when these issues were not resolved my daughter moved out - and incidentally into a flat with a fabulous landlord), in fact they will try and charge for anything they possibly can!  When I pointed out how many bad reviews they had on Facebook, these reviews magically disappeared (I have screenshots of a vast majority!).  They take advantage of students and young people and they have no care for the rules and regulations of tenancies.  I don’t believe this company have the landlords or tenants best interests at heart, they take your money and run!  I cannot express how bad these agents are, I only wish we had read reviews before my daughter signed a contract with them, it would have saved us months of hassle!

As a landlord with a property in full management for 10 years, I would fully recommend Walton Robinson for both tenants and landlords. The staff, in particular Samantha, always inform me of any problems immediately and provide a full estimate for any work required. I have always found them very professional and would like to say thanks for all your help over the years.

I have been a managed landlord for over 10 years at Walton Robinson, throughout that time I have had excellent service and support. Samantha Anderson now looks after my portfolio and I can’t speak highly enough about her efficiency and professionalism. Overall, a fantastic company.

As a landlord I have used Walton Robinson for 15 years now. I have always found them to act in a professional manner. My properties have had a high degree of occupancy and my property managers have been approachable, responsive and easy to deal with.

My experience with WR can be divided into two sections. Investment followed by property management. 
Investment- As far as the sales(investment) department is concerned, my experience has been nothing but fabulous. Sophie was always on top of the updates. The process was very smooth and at the end of the process, when the developer was delaying the process of getting the lino work completed, she went above and beyond and contacted them to get it done. The same can be said about Katie. She was always nice and polite and the entire process finished within the anticipated timeframe. 

Once the exchange was completed(March 2018), the lettings department took over and started managing the property. Laura and Samantha are very good at communicating the facts. So far, the experience has been really good. 

Last but not the least, Matt, their financial advisor who was involved in getting the BTL mortgage as well as the insurance seems to be a  very pleasant individual. 

I hope to write another review when the tenant at the property completes their lease term and I really hope to write a similar review.  Thanks
