Awful letting agency. Tried to claim £450 for 'dust on the windowsill' and 'mould under the fridge.' Challenged them on it and they had the audacity to shout at me down the phone. Took plenty of pictures when moving out and submitted them to the Deposit Protection scheme adjudicators who sided with us, and we got our deposit back.

Rented with these guys last year as a student. Very reasonably priced rent and helpful staff. Halfway through our tenancy our shower started having problems and so we got a much fancier power shower installed as a result! Can't recommend these guys enough, would've rented with them this year but left it too late to get the sort of property I wanted. No problems getting our deposit back at the end as well, all round great experience.
