Bowson Estates was established in 2000, specialising in Sales, Lettings and Property Management. Our goal has always been about delivering an exceptional, value for money service, to all our clients.

We aim to offer a range of property types in a variety of areas and promise properties receive maximum exposure utilising Rightmove, Zoopla and our own bespoke website. Photography, floor plans and accurate descriptions ensure your property is presented to highest standard.

You’re in safe hands, all staff members are encouraged to pass ARLA exams with National Federation of Property Professional (NFOPP). Further peace of mind comes from our membership of the Property Ombudsman, National Approved Lettings Scheme, Safe agent and Deposit protection service.

Myself and a friend are using Bowson to rent our first flat after finishing university and Sam and John couldn't have been more helpful. Sam was great with the viewing, pointing out any obvious flaws to me that would be resolved before our tenancy began which is very helpful, especially for first time renters! The process of signing the lease and paying deposits/rent was very straightforward and any questions we did have were answered clearly and quickly by both Sam and John. I'd definitely recommend using these guys - very personable agents and an extremely professional service!!

Sam has been absolutely exceptional. His professionalism, kindness, understanding and efficiency has been incredible. We have dealt with many Estate Agents and very few meet up to the standards of all the staff we dealt with here. They all went above and beyond to support and help us. Sam, in particular, gave up so much of his time to ensure that we got the property we were praying for. He completely understood how important everything was to our family and showed us so much support. He is also incredibly good at his job and we can not recommend him highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant! We dealt with Sam who was second to none! Always in touch bent over backwards for us and was always reachable. I would highly recommend Bowson I’ve never dealt with another estate agent who’s went above and beyond like Sam did thank you so much!

Just want to say a very big thank you to the team at Bowson's for their assistance in helping my wife and I find somewhere suitable for our relocation from the south-east. From our initial contact with John in the office between Christmas and New Year, who not only found us an ideal property to suit our needs whilst we adapt to our new surroundings, but also his ongoing support and quick responses have been exemplary. Also thanks go to Sam and especially to Emily/Matthew for the HUGE help they've provided us!! A friendly. approachable company who genuinely want to help. Bowson Properties and specifically Sam Todd have recently done an outstanding job on sale of a property we owned in Newcastle - Sept 2022. Everything from price recommendation / valuation to managing the buying process and resolving the issues a long the way was absolutely top notch. Sam has an abundance of common sense, balanced view, is highly efficient and was a great negotiator in this instance between buyer and seller . If you want a company / man to sell a residential property in Newcastle Sam’s your man. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him from a seller or buyer

Bowson have been a pleasure to work with from the moment I found a property I was interested in. They have responded to emails and telephone calls incredibly promptly and reliably. I would also thoroughly recommend Jack, he has been so quick to answer all of my questions and available to contact at any point. Great clarity throughout the process and I cannot recommend his service enough!

Excellent service - after trawling Rightmove and Zoopla for months to no avail, John from Bowson got in touch with me and was an absolute godsend. He was very quick to respond to any emails and was proactive with sending information about new properties, which was fantastic considering how quickly properties get snapped up at the moment. John was also just generally lovely to work with, and along with the Bowson website, he made the whole process very smooth. Couldn't recommend enough!

Bowson’s of Jesmond were the Agents who sold our house and were also very proactive in the purchase of our current new home. Sam, senior valuer, got the value of our the house that we were selling spot on. He also helped keep the purchase chain together for a long period whilst we looked in the Manchester area where we eventually got the perfect house for us. Sam was always polite, efficient and professional in his dealings with us and made a prolonged and difficult property experience much easier.
