We couldn’t have had an easier and more enjoyable experience with Next Move Properties. Nothing was too much to ask and any issues were resolved almost instantly. A breath of fresh air in comparison to larger letting agencies we’ve had experiences with who take weeks for basic issues and just don’t care. Nathan was extremely on the ball and always happy to help us out. We couldn’t recommend this company enough.

We had an amazing experience with Next Move. We are a group of students renting a house, and we couldn't have asked for more. The house was a great standard when we moved in, and the estate agents were friendly and communicated with us really well through the year. They were prompt to reply to any problems and sort everything out for us. Definitely recommend to all students!!

Great letting company I'd definitely recommend instead of some of the bigger companies in Newcastle. Always so quick to respond at any time of the day with any issues we had during our tenancy. Also great help with end of tenancy and making sure we were getting everything done right to get our deposit back. Would definitely recommend!

The Best Lettings Agency I experienced by far over 4 years in Newcastle. Nathan and Lorraine were the most organised, helpful and most importantly lovely letting agents.  They were accomodating and considerate of our student status while staying respectful to us as tenants - a rarity amongst other agents in Newcastle. Only wanted the best for us while we were there and were quick to solve any issues, often going the extra mile and a half to help.  Myself and my flatmate loved living in the property and it was a well-looked after space. When it came to moving out, it was a smooth process with none of the stress and anxiety I had had with the bigger companies in Newcastle as you knew they wanted the best for you as tenants.  The best agency for students in Newcastle by far. Only regret is not being able to rent with them again.

Outstanding service in finding tenants for my flat in Jesmond.  I am a single property landlord, having purchased a flat when my son was at Uni.  When he left, I was finding tenants myself, with help from another agent.  This was sometimes a hit and miss operation.  How glad I was to find Next Move Properties about 9 years ago.  Since using their tenant find service, there have been no issues with maintaining occupancy over this period.  Their standard of service is excellent, they are efficient and very friendly.  I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Nathan and Lorraine to any landlord wishing to find tenants for a flat they own.  Their service and quality standards continue to improve each year.

I would definitely recommend Next Move to any group of students looking to rent in Newcastle.  Unlike the larger agencies, Next Move seems to really care about their customers, and the level of communication and support given is second to none.  Myself and my housemates had a great experience with the agency while at University.  Nathan in particular was incredibly friendly, and was a massive help to us throughout the year, helping us to sort out any issues that we had!  Anyone looking to rent should definitely consider using Next Move.

I lived in a Next Move property last year for my final year of uni and it was perfect. The property was incredibly reasonably priced considering the space and location, and Nathan our agent immediately organised a new oven to be put in place when we moved in after our request. Throughout our tenancy, Nathan was incredibly helpful and prompt at dealing with any issues regarding the property, of which there were few. Replying within hours, things would be sorted either by him or by equally friendly and helpful workers that he would bring in to solve the problem. I fear that after having Next Move Properties as an estate agent my standards will be too high for the future! Definitely would recommend going for these instead of any other estate agent in Newcastle since I have heard nightmare stories about them and Next Move have been a dream.
