Great letting agent! 
Really responsive and eager to find the best solution for both parties involved. All the information was provided promptly. They even inquired about information I asked about with the landlord if they weren't sure, so I was always sure that the information was accurate.

Everything worked out quickly and things very always clear upfront.

Clearly didn’t value us as perspective customers! Cancelled appointment last minute and suggested that they’d be wasting our time. When in actuality it was evident they did not wish to spare their time for us. No loss to us as plenty of excellent estate agents in the area that understand how to treat potential clients!!

We have just sold our house with Bailey & Co. From start to finish they were professional, helpful and engaged. Greg was prompt and thorough in getting the house on the market - it sold within a week. I can't express how marvellous Karen was through the protracted final weeks, keeping us updated - nothing was too much trouble - and she was extremely understanding of how stressful it can be. I thoroughly recommend them.

I’ve used Bailey & Co, first for letting my house in Jesmond and then to sell it, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly and go over and above to make sure you are well looked after. 
Lettings are excellent and by far the most professional team I have used for renting my property. Miles better than the other agents I have dealt with in the area! 
The sales team achieved a final sum for my property which was substantially over the asking price and from appointing them and showing the property through to accepting an offer and handing over the keys, they were first class in every single respect. Could not ask for more!

The service we received at Bailey and Co. was exceptional.  They were by far and away the absolute best estate agents we have ever had.  We had three offers within a week of putting our flat on the market - something another agent had failed to achieve in four months.  Our sale went wonderfully and the level of support we had with Bailey and Co. was amazing.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and already have at least twice in the last few weeks!
