After visiting this garage we were left speechless! We test drove an automatic car and liked it but were concerned about the gear change down and lack of service history. We were told not to worry about no service history documentation as the car would be serviced and MOT’d !!!!!! We asked the owner about the gears and were told “ don’t buy the car if you’re not happy, we will sell it to someone else, they sell like hot cakes” We only wanted a polite answer to a polite question! I left thinking if that’s the attitude before I part with my hard earned money what will the aftersales service be like! We then went to a proper dealership who answered our question regarding the gears and we bought a car from them.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely the best customer service you could ask for when buying a car. Gary was so helpful from start to driving away! He was also very helpful with a problem I had with another company. Excellent garage. I 100% highly recommend.
We have used Rydon for repairs on 3 separate occasions when visiting the area and they have come up trumps each time they even recommended another repairer when they couldn't assist in the timeframe - and the recommendation was good too! The service was quick, friendly, well-priced and the work of very high quality. An excellent garage.
Talk about service! Thanks Rydon, was missing a service record from my records and trying to sell my car. Called up and they still had the records from 4 years ago. Popped over and they printed it out. Was a deal breaker with the buyer I had so thank you. That being said the car I had brought from them was one of the best I'd had till that point and we changed it to just get something newer. Was a great runner and when I got the said record above and forgotten that they actually done quite a bit of work prior to me picking it up and I remember now being quite looked after. Thanks for your help Rydon.
I've brought many cars over the years from garages and I must say rydon cars in Exeter are by far the best I've ever dealt with the customer service they offer is outstanding polite and very professional well recommended
Rydon provided excellent customer service, I travelled all the way from London to get my car in June 2020. I had already given them a deposit without seeing the car in person only on face time so they are really trustworthy. They promised to return the deposit if I was not happy with the car. A lady called Anna was really helpful as was the owner. 5 stars! Slightly expensive than the rest of the market but they are still good.
Rydon were brilliant when i found a truck i wanted to view. I saw it on Facebook and was messaging back an forth with many questions as they are almost two hours from me. I was speaking to Gary who was very helpful answering all my questions and ensured the truck was ready for when i went to view. I spoke to Chris when i actually went to view and he was very friendly and accommodating. I ended up purchasing the vehicle which i am very happy with. Would 100% recommend and use again.
Very pleased with the service work done on the car and the customer service was excellent. A family medical emergency was brought to a satisfactory conclusion by Rydon staff delivering our car to the Surgery and then driving Father-in-laws car back to their home. I would recommend Rydon to anyone.
Just collected my Skoda Citigo after repairs to the bumper, wing mirror and various chips that needed repair to a good standard as my car is a lease car due back to Skoda soon. I found the whole experience to be very professional from quote to collection. The car looks immaculate so a big thank you to Jamie for all his hard work and also Emma for her friendly and efficient reception service. I would recommend Rydon Motors and the team for anyone wanting a reliable, fair pricing, friendly and efficient service. Five stars to them
Excellent. We recently bought a used Skoda Fabia and they couldn't have been more helpful. Good choice of low mileage vehicles on the forecourt and they gave us as much time as we needed to view and test the car. Advert was as described which made a change compared to most used dealers! Will definitely use again when we need to upgrade our other car.
