After todays experience im reviewing this garage with 2 Stars. I had booked in for diagnostics and repairs on my van. I had told them when I booked them it was a fuel issue and I was told that there is a charge for that. I happily accepted assuming they were capable of repairs on the fuel system. Only to find that after having the vehicle all day they were not sure what the problem is and needed to see a fuel specialist! Why accept my custom and charge me if you can't do the work on it? They did not look into the other issues that I want fixed only mentioning that it could be something expensive. So what, if it's broke fix it! Turning down custom for some reason. Total waste of a day and 60 quid + transport.

Rented a car from the Pinhoe Garage it was the lowest price in Exeter, clean and well cared for. The car was clean, the staff where excellent and helped me with the important details. What really stood out was the care and time taken by the proprietor Lee to answer my questions and help me feel comfortable with the car.

Vehicle was taken in for an MOT, a number of issues were picked up, including holes in the trailing arms. The estimate for the work to be undertaken, including parts (new trailing arms), was £1100 plus the VAT. I took to another garage, who said the holes could be welded to pass the MOT, total charge including VAT £450. Make you're own mind up!
