nI had an amazing experience at the Stratford Apple Store! The attendant Khalid was absolutely fantastic — kind, patient, and extremely helpful. This is the second time he has assisted us, and his service has been top-notch both times. The first time was when I bought my iPhone, and now again with my new MacBook. He made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had — thank you, Khalid! nnWe even asked for a manager so we could share our positive feedback about Khalid’s service right then and there, but unfortunately, no manager was available at the time. So I’m leaving this review to let everyone know — he truly is the best!
Apple damaged my laptop while it was in their care for a repair, then tried to shift the blame onto me. It’s honestly unbelievable. If they truly believe they weren’t responsible, they should review their own CCTV. I expected far better from Apple, but this experience—particularly at the Stratford branch—has completely destroyed my trust.nnMy laptop had no damage whatsoever when I handed it in. This was confirmed by the employee during my appointment and again in the email Apple sent me. Yet when I returned to collect it, there was obvious, significant damage. The only reason the manager eventually agreed to repair part of it was because I had, thankfully, taken photos of my laptop when checking it in—photos that clearly showed it was handed over in perfect condition. Without those images, I’m certain they would have continued denying responsibility.nnI spent almost two hours going back and forth with staff and a manager, only to be told I would need to contribute towards repairs—an absolutely unacceptable request given the circumstances. Even after all of that, the device is still not fully repaired, and I’m left with a visible mark caused while the laptop was in their possession. No one is willing to help any further, and the lack of accountability is incredibly disappointing.nnWhy send an email confirming no cosmetic damage at check-in, only to accuse me of causing that same damage upon collection? It makes no sense at all.nnI’ll be leaving this review everywhere I can, because customers deserve to be warned. And to anyone considering leaving a device with this store: take detailed photos from every angle before handing over your product. It’s the only thing that prevented Apple from dismissing my complaint entirely.nnDeeply disappointing experience from a company I expected so much more from.
We visited the Apple Store on 01/12/2025 and were extremely impressed with the exceptional level of customer service we received.nnZarar was patient, calm, and took the time to clearly explain all the products without any pressure. His positive attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and reassuring.nnWe are long-time loyal customers of Sky and had visited their store first, but were met with an unwelcoming attitude. Our intention when we went to Apple was simply to compare the phone sizes, we had no plan to buy anything. However, the quality of Zarar’s service completely changed that.nnThanks to his professionalism and support, we felt confident enough to make a purchase on the spot, including an upfront payment, something I have never done in 48 years, as I’ve always opted for monthly instalments. I had also never purchased a phone directly from the Apple Store before, but Zarar made the entire process smooth and stress-free.nnZarar truly deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. Without his help, we would not have felt comfortable completing the purchase. A genuinely outstanding experience.
I had the best experience collecting my order very smooth and quick the staff were really helpful and efficient while waiting for my order I had the most wonderful conversation with Shazia. She was soo helpful and interactive she definitely is one of your star colleagues. Made this experience very enjoyable
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Apple Store, and it was all thanks to Gulay. From the moment I spoke with her, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly easy to talk to. She took the time to really listen to my questions and concerns and explained everything clearly and patiently, without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. After upgrading my phone, she went above and beyond by giving me helpful tips, walking me through features, and making sure I felt confident using my new device.nnI was honestly quite nervous about approaching staff for help, but Gulay completely changed that experience for me. She made everything feel relaxed and stress-free, like talking to a friend who genuinely wanted to help. Her kindness, professionalism, and thorough approach made a huge difference, and it’s rare to come across customer service that feels so genuine and caring. Gulay is a true credit to the Apple Store, and she absolutely deserves more recognition for the outstanding service she provides. Thank you once again Gulay
