We went here to check the new Iphone 14 model and the store is big and full of people . It is located in the biggest shopping mall in Europe, so no wonder.

Went today to make a purchase, I asked a girl who worked there for help. She was completely rude, not helpful and ‘claiming’ she was working there for 5 years, which I don’t know how the store still kept her with that behaviour. She had kinda curly brown hair her hair was up and was wearing gold earrings and a gold necklace. Could not stand her behaviour and I asked someone else to assist me. After, I was helped by a lovely girl named Veronica. She was very fluent and well informed of Apple products. Very helpful and made me feel welcomed in the store. Also convinced me on buying Apple care which I was not that sure about. Only reason for 4 stars was Veronica’s behaviour, otherwise I would give it a 1.
This is a huge Apple store and the staff are usually very helpful. They try their best to help you. I had an issue with my old macbook and since it was a known issue by Apple, they were able to repair it free of charge. Even when buying any new products, the staff do a great job of explaining all the functionality and finding the right product for your needs.
Nice friendly setting, the staff are amazingly polite and friendly. My experience dealing with Apple, for the first time was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. A big thank you to, Bradley and David for all their help. Reason for the 4 Star rating, has no reflection on the staff, but more the furniture. I suffer with spinal issues, and found sitting on the stools very uncomfortable after a while.
It really is like stepping into a whole different world I was playing with the new iPhone 14 Pro Max given half a chance I'd buy it if I had the money. The assistants were great, had a wonderful sense of humour and I love your green nail varnish by the way sweetie! the products are consistently good and the service is excellent. I'd definitely recommend, ten toes down. I didn't take photos but I will next time. One thing to note if you haven't got 3 years in the UK for your credit check, don't do it. It will be a waste of your time and whatever resources you have.
Best place for genuine apple products. There are no service counters or cashiers. Apple devices are on display on tables all over the store and staff are around. Just tell a staff member your requirement and you will be asked to wait at a particular table until a member is allocated to you. That member will take care of your requirements until you leave the store. If you have decided what to buy, then the allocated staff member will come to you with the ordered device. he will do the billing too. Usually the store is crowded and may take 10-20 min for staff member to attend. accessories are expensive.
Went to Apple for the first time and had an incredible experience. Our host Hiyun hope I've spelt that correctly was impeccable. He had really good knowledge and took us through everything we needed for a successful purchase. It just goes to show there is still great service out there and credit to him and his delivery. Definitely would recommend and would highly suggest going to him. I'm sure others are good, but honestly he was superb. Really glad we went!!
If you think your day is going too well and you need to feel ignored and disregarded, congratulations you’ve come to the right place. Let’s say you are lucky enough to talk to a staff member, you’ll find yourself and your problems completely dismissed. After being told a Genius Bar worker will come over and help explain the issue with my laptop, I waited half an hour before I asked someone if I was still in the queue. If you ask a question, they will not listen but will cut you off and tell you to go have a seat and wait. I have never paid this much money to be dismissed so quickly. They don’t want to help you, they only want you to go away. That being said, eventually I got help from Aaron I think that was his name and he was really patient and helpful. My experience with Genius Bar workers are mostly pleasant and theyre nice and knowledgeable people. However, the ones with black jackets and iPads just want you to get out of their face. The manager will continuously make his best effort to not let you finish your sentence. Thanks again to the Genius Bar worker who actually helped me. The two stars are for him, if I could give the rest of the store negative stars, I would. This store makes me regret buying apple products and if I were Tim Cook, I’d be embarrassed to have such unprofessional people represent the company. Thanks for a great Sunday afternoon, I love being packed into the space like some canned sardines. If purgatory wanted a renovation, they can find inspiration from the Stratford Apple Store. It’s got the perfect balance of never-ending despair, discomfort, and disillusion of hope.
Disappointed to leave this review for what is normally an great company and customer service. Having had issues twice with AirPod Pros before, this third time - less than 5 months since receiving them - they have failed again. I was lead to believe that as they were replacements and still so new they would be replaced for free as a gesture of good will if they failed the Apple tests if they passed I would have to pay for a replacement, which seems fair. They failed test and I was told I would have to pay for them anyway. Despite challenging this the staff member who told me this did not back up his messaging when I asked the new staff member to check with him.
