Great taxi service! I emailed them initially for an airport transfer. I got an email from them asking to call. I was abroad at the time and couldn't make phone calls to the UK. So they went out of their way to provide a whatsapp phone number of the manager that I was then able to call and book. My cab arrived early which was good because I had landed early into Manchester. Fair price was £56 which was pretty decent in my opinion. Would use again! However as a suggestion maybe make a WhatsApp business account for the future.
This review is on behalf of a family member. As a loyal customer of Roseville Taxis - service & staff are polite and punctual. Unfortunately today's experience was poor. Very late on pick up and parked on the wrong side of a busy road. Not very good when the person waiting is of poor mobility. I do hope their next journey will be better please. todays experience was very poor. Late
Great service. Arrived promptly. I’ve used Roseville a number of times and found them to be the most reliable service in the area. Driver 54 was brilliant and even helped with the finishing touches to our fancy dress.
Taxi took us to destination. Paid extra for a tip to driver. The same company Refused to bring us back. Some pony about not on the system. WHAT A JOKE. I have used this company for 40 years, yup 40! Disgusting. Can anyone suggest a good taxi company? Beware for booking return taxis over Christmas! So upset!
Phoned Roseville, told them I needed a taxi very quickly. They said they will be with me straight away. Within minuites I had a text saying they are on their way and then they turned up. The driver was good and got me to the garage to collect my car safely.
Great manager and drivers. Driver probably forgot to give me my 10 pound change and I filed and complaint with little hopes of getting it back but out of the drivers kindness he decided to return it. Great service!
Very disappointing! I pre-booked a taxi on Saturday afternoon for Saturday night, 4:10am, to go to Newcastle. From there, I would haven taken a bus to the airport at 4:45am, that I already paid, but which I missed, because Roseville Taxis cancelled my pre-booked ride at around 4:25am. So I missed the bus and had to take another taxi directly to the airport. The worst thing was, that I was on the phone with the taxi driver at around 04:20, who was supposed to pick me up, and who told me he would arrive in 8 minutes. Right after, I could see in the app that he cancelled my ride. Of course, there were not other taxis available to bring me to Newcastle in the app at that time. I will never book with Roseville Taxis again and cannot recommend to do so from this experience.

Rewam was my driver . Newcastle under Lyme to Manchester airport. An absolute gentleman! On time , very polite and courteous. I can throughly recommend this company .Service: Luxury vehicles
Great service, came quick, guy was chatty and friendly and much more useful than Uber. Uber rejected every request for our journey, these showed up within minutes.
