We used this company for 2 airport runs, their time keeping was good. Unfortunately the driver for the journey to the airport had very bad body odour indeed and appeared half asleep. His driving did not inspire confidence. The driver who collected us from the airport was great. 2 stars for outward journey, 5 stars for the return
Great service, our taxi was the cleanest vehicle I have ever been in‼‼ Our driver 2073 was ontime very polite and and a credit to the company would definitely recommend them. Didn't get his name but gave me his badge/car number as 2073 top bloke
A brilliant cab company. Booked them for a trip and back from Stoke-on-Trent Train Station to Alton Towers before the day. Paid in advance and got texts to confirm the booking. On the day, both drivers arrived on time and were super helpful and friendly. I would recommend and use again for sure!

First time I'd used Autocabs for airport transfers and it won't be the last. Both drivers were polite, helpful, friendly and on time. On the return journey I left my phone in the car and an hour later the driver dropped it off. Fantastic service and very reasonably priced would highly recommend.
Easy, clear to make phone booking. Driver on time to arrive. Polite. Easy journey to destination as no heavy traffic en route. Return driver again, on time. Careful drive through heavy rain. Very helpful, carried heavy box to front door of house on arrival home. Would use AUTOCAB for future journeys.
The driver had started his meter before he'd even picked me up, which I didn't notice until we reached destination. I do the trip regularly and what should have been a £4.30 trip he charged me £5.30 for. I am reporting this to the council. I will say the company resolved this issue for me quickly, so my issue is with the driver only and not Autocab as a company, hence I've upped the rating from 1 to 3
I've changed my review with these guys. Had some trouble, the manager phoned me personally to apologise, ensured i was given a refund and explained the actions he's taken to prevent it in the future. In fact i got the message for the refund before he even phoned me! The guy was really on it. I understand sometimes things don't go according to plan but alot can be said about how people deal with things when this happens. Manager has completely restored my faith and I would happily use them again.
Been using this service for more than 3 weeks now And their customer service is terrible. Their operators on phone are very bad at handling and responding to queries . Using this service 5days a week and twice a day but drivers are great and cars are clean cheers to them
Do not pay upfront for you fair as they take an extra few quid incase the fair goes over. If not they are supposed to refund the extra back into your bank. They tell me they have already done this which they haven't. 10.60 I was charged for a 6 pound fair. App has been deleted and definitely won't use this thieving company again
