I booked a short trip to Monkey Forest from an area I didn't know, with a taxi company I'd never used. Well, suffice to say Bilal exceeded all my expectations, not only arriving on time but also refusing to take payment because it was my birthday. When companies exceed expectations like this, there is no doubt that good reviews and repeat custom will follow. I will certainly use B First Travel again when in that area of the world, and will continue to recommend to others. Thank you, Bilal.

Absolutely excellent service! Had a phone call 5 minutes before our pick-up time just to confirm everything was on time. Safely driven to the airport in a very clean and hygienic vehicle. Upon arrival back at the airport the following week, again received a phone call to confirm where to meet and was bang on time. Another safe journey back home. As I said, absolutely excellent service and we will be using them again without doubt. Highly recommended!!

Professional, punctual, polite. Just 3 of the many other credits this company deserves. Couldn't have been more helpful picking me up late at night, despite my not realising he was a 15 seater! The gentleman was kind and clearly works hard to provide a 1st class service. Highly recommended.

Very clean very polite on time extremely reasonable rates and accommodating to your needs. We have used this service for our patients to travel locally and long distance all the clients have reported excellent service and have been very pleased with the price. High quality affordable service

The service from B First Travel was second to non and the whole experience from first enquiry right through to completion of our return journey was reassuring and professional. I would definitely recommend using this company and I will not hesitate to contact again for future trips and transfer needs.
