This is a car wash and I must say that they do an excellent job, they do different types of service on a scale of costs starting with just a simple car wash up to a full valet plus you can leave your car while they clean your car and then park it in the street until you come back to collect it.
Awful, pre booked taxi hours before it was needed, didn’t show up on time, therefore had to ring, only to be told by a ‘couldn’t care less’ operator that it would be another 10 minutes or so. Don’t t have a pre booking service if you can’t deliver. Will never use again.
Booked a taxi turned up 5 minutes late.£13.90 when I made the booking charged £18.80 as driver went long way round
Used their services twice on a visit to Stoke and where do I start. Initial call handler was blunt rude and I wasn't sure if I'd even booked a taxi or not after giving my address to be picked up from they hung up. My first taxi driver proceed to shout down the phone at me after it turned out the train station had two sides to it which I was not aware of. After getting to my destination he then proceed to tell me it was cash only and that there was no way he could accept card. The return taxi was filthy and again upon arrival told me it was cash only and that they could not accept card and so we spent 10 minutes driving around trying to find a cash point. Safe to say I'll be looking for another taxi service if I was to return to Stoke.
Shocking! Do not use them. Never on time, no communications. I've missed trains and tried them once more today, they turned up an hour late. Shocking.
Dreadful un-professional service. Prebooked the taxi the night before to go to the train station 40 minutes before the trains departure at 1207. The taxi arrived at 12pm. The city cab office was called several time to see where the taxi was. I missed the train and my connection at london causing lots of stress. I was even charged for the taxi !! If I could give minus stars I would. Not even an apology
Taxi arrived incredibly quickly and was very cheap. I had a wonderful conversation with a Pakistani man sorry I forgot his name! and it made my day, he even recommended places I should visit in Pakistan with my girlfriend who is also Pakistani. Thank you!
Rude operator makes a mistake and doesn't say sorry. Waited over an hour at the airport because he put the wrong time in the system. Refused to give money back. Will be spreading the word how bad this taxi service is. A 'sorry, my bad. Really sorry about my mistake' would have been enough. Arrogance gets you nowhere.ServicesService not listed
The driver went above and beyond to get my chair in the taxi as it decided not to get up the ramp. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs a decent price for a WAV taxi, the journey costs me £7 less than all the other companys quoted.
Absolutely shocking service. Driver kept beeping his horn when he could see I was putting baby in her car seat. He didn't once get out and offer to help. Had no manners whatsoever and demanded his £4 fare, no please or thank you when money was handed to him. First time using them as recently moved to the area and will not be using again!
