Terrible service I was out and rang a taxi and they said that they would be there in 5-10 mins waited 20-30 to ring up and see what was going on for someone to hang up on me after a 10minutes phone call and then I constantly rang back and they kept hanging up on me and when they finally answered the phone this women was like ohh u are in ur taxi and they "slipped" with the phones thats y they didn't answer. Also I don't think the women should have said if u want a fight then I'm ready for a fight then fight me im ready for it I don't think that's how u are surpost to talk to paying customers. Disrespectful

Waited 15 minutes for a taxi after the text saying dispatched. Rang the base to ask where it was. They said it'll be another 10 minutes as the driver rejected the job!!! Won't be using these again!!!!
