Driver was lovely, very nice to chat to. Took good care in driving and making me feel safe, I would definitely be having him again. I just didn’t get chance to ask his name. But yes he got me up into Lancashire on time, And it was well worth the money. We gave him a £10 tip. Which I thought he well deserved. Thank you Sid’s and driver
Right on time, pleasant and safe driver. Unfortunately the drop off at Royal Stoke was too far from where I needed but the hospital has poor signposts & lots of construction going on. Driver knew grounds well enough and not his fault in any way. I've used this taxi firm before & WILL use again. Highly recommend
Picked up from A and E by one of your drivers, talk about going the extra mile. My mum has last stage dementia she was in such a state, This driver showed so much care and compassion it was unbelievable we couldn’t get her in to the taxi as she can’t communicate. I had booked with Leek Link taxis to take me from my home ST16 8DW no 16 to Stafford station on Thursday 1st August at 1pm. On time your taxi arrived and drove me there. I had paid when booking and your driver confirmed payment received. Can you explain how you had this booking as I had not contacted your company at all. This is not a complaint as your driver Brian drove me safely and was polite and helpful. He had received the payment I had made to link. Thanks to him. However I would like to know how you knew about my booking. Leek Link cannot tell me. I use link as they are local to me and I do not know your company. I have never used you. Please can you look into this as I’m unhappy that my payment went to you not link. Thank you. Erica Martin.

Wonderful service, traveled to Burslem for an arts awards event. Needed to return home to East Staffordshire. Kept up to date with messages,even told which vehicle is coming. Excellent pricing and fast delivery home. Thankyou.
I don't like to give bad reviews but the driver that took me up from B&M was very unhelpful he saw me walking to the car with a box, my two hands occupied. He said to me put it in the back seat I had to say to him I cannot open the door thats when he came out and opened the door for me. It's the same thing when I got to where I was going I had to open the door baxkmout of rhe car with my butt because my both hands again was full and closed the car door using my butt. He made me rethink using the service again after I had such a pleasant experience with the first driver..
Excellent service from ABC with arrangements for prepaid trips for a family out to Rudyard Lake. Both ways on time with reassuring text messages to confirm despatch and arrival. Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
The taxi drivers are usually courteous and efficient even though they're often late arriving. However, the phone operators are often brusque to the point of discourtesy, and in one case responds mainly in grunts and won't confirm that he's registered my address. The general service of the company has deteriorated over the past year and I won't be using it again.
The taxi arrived in just a few minutes of me ordering it. The driver was really nice and very friendly but the car did smell strongly of cigarettes as the driver had obviously been smoking in the vehicle prior to collecting me. The windows were down in the vehicle when it arrived to try and get rid of the smell but when you’re not a smoker, that smell is very prominent. My coat is now in the washing machine as it wreaks of tobacco smoke.
