Absolute joke....charged me £6:20 when Lucky7 charged £3:20 for the exact same journey 3 hours earlier.... would not advise anybody to use these rip off merchants.

Absolute joke of a taxi company. On various different occasions, they have made me late for work with drivers waiting 2minutes and driving off. Texts being sent out saying that the vechile has arrived when it hasn’t and promises of new vechiles being sorted and then not answering any calls. I have given this taxi money a lot of my money and wish I hadn’t for how they have treated me.

What a rip off firm, my friend and I ordered a taxi for 1130 on Saturday night from Hanley to Bucknell we waited outside for the taxi it never arrived, turned up after 8 repeated requests half an hour late then charged me £12 for a £5 fair don't use this corrupt outfit you've been warned

Been using these guys religiously for the past few months but the past 2-3 week their service has become a joke. Every night we preorder my wife’s taxi for 4.45 so she can get to work for 5. The driver either doesn’t show up til 4.55 and has the nerve to overcharge... turns up past 5... or doesn’t show up at all. This morning my wife was in a rigt state and even the phone lines wouldn’t connect (conveniently). Total joke of a company and unreliable. Would avoid 100%

I called 40 mins before the hour to ask for a cab at 3.00pm only to be told my cab was on its way and will be with me in 10-15mins. Made me miss my train
