We pre booked a taxi to Derby and back. When we arrived to Derby the taxi drive advised us the price, which was nearly double the agreed price. We than called the office immediately to see whats gone on and a manager called 'Mitch' told us that the price is correct and the operator made a mistake which wasn't his fault! After multiple calls to the office they agreed to take us back home. Yes we are a group of women but to be told we are young unprofessionals was disgusting! I'm not sure what our profession has to do with a pre booked taxi but it showed us how unprofessional they are.
I pre-ordered a taxi the night before work and when my taxi came the next morning they had sent me a Roseville taxi. I would never order a taxi with Roseville, as I had a friend that was sexually assaulted by one of their drivers. However I had to use them this time as I would have been late for work.
This company used to get £100's a month from me. Well not anymore!!! I've just rang for a taxi and got told we have none then hung up!! Rang back to confront and they cut the call. Rang back from a different number and she point blank said she didn't!!! Appalling!!
What a wonderful Service we had a taxi to and from East midlands Airport,Money well spent , the service was fantastic , We had a clean and tidy Driver with an immaculate Car we would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone, the Driver was so polite and helpful : Many thanks Guys
Totally useless. Waited 40 mins for the car. When I called to ask where it was they claimed they had waited and already left. No call, no text, nothing. And no car.
Disgusted that they left a party of 3+ when they went to the loo! These think its ok to dump all of your valuables on the side of the road and drive off!
Despite pre booking taxi, it arrived 20 minutes late and missed our train. Appalling service.
Leaving people's luggage on the floor of a service station and driving off is not good is it.
Rubbish book a taxi they ignore the time
