A really spacious and fancy dealership. The Jaguar F-Type is one of my favorite cars, but we were there as one of our group was purchasing a Range Rover Sport. The salesman showed every feature of the car to the new owner, which was great. Meanwhile, the rest of us took advantage of the free cookies, candy and drinks! There's a retail section inside the dealership with jackets, keyrings, travel bags, cups and other assorted items to display your love of Jaguar and Land Rover.
From the moment I contacted Barretts to the moment I drove away with our new car, their service, attention to detail and communications have been first class. Sophie ensured all the paperwork and transactions were processed and provided a thorough hand over of our car. Thank you.

When my smartkey battery died and I was unable to open the car door I called Barretts Land Rover Canterbury who had sold me my Land Rover Discovery Sport - while waiting for someone to call me back on the telephone to tell me how to get the car started Martin Firrell arrived at my door and fixed the problem in a couple of seconds. Amazing service thank you so much. Frances the Receptionist was very helpful too.
