I recently purchased a used car from Invicta Motors Ford Canterbury. The whole experience was enjoyable and stress free. I found the staff to be very friendly, especially Abigail who made sure everything was perfect for the collection of my car. I would definitely use them again as they have a good selection of cars and you receive a very high standard of service.

I took my car in for MOT and full service at 9.00 and was told that we would receive a video of the safety check. By lunch time we had not received this so I rang and spoke to reception who said we would receive a call. My husband did the same a short while later as we had not received the return call as promised. Eventually at 4.30 we received a call from the service personnel to say that the service was completed and the MOT was now being done. I asked for the safety check video and was informed he would send this across to me immediately but he never did! We went to pick the car up at 5.30 and noticed it had not been cleaned. We mentioned this and did not get a sensible answer to why this was but was given £5 off when we paid so that we could get it cleaned (this is something you shouldn't have to haggle over, as it should be part of the service)! We then told her we had not also received the service video so she sent this to us then. We paid and collected the car and then noticed the service book was not stamped. Went back in and the lady stamped it. Went out again and by then we were losing confidence with the service we were provided with so far, only to notice we had paid for a full service but provided with a minor one! Again we went back in and as it was 6.00 the staff had left to go home so we left a message at reception for a call the next day. When we got home we viewed the service video but it was too late to agree to some of the advisory faults which is the whole point of receiving the video! The next day my husband had a call from a very abrupt woman whose opening sentence was "what's your problem"!!!! My husband explained the service issue and she went to speak to the technician who had undertaken the service and she came back and apologised to my husband and agreed the wrong service had been carried out due to a mix up. My husband asked if this could be rectified today and she put him on hold as she had to check this out before finally agreeing he could bring the car in again to have the work completed. We finally had the extra work for the full service carried out by 12.00 causing a lot of inconvenience, as he had to wait around for the 2 hours this took ! We will not be using Invicta Ford again as we have lost all confidence and could only describe the whole saga as a shambles!!!!

Customer service is poor. Phoned the manager all day waiting for my reservation fee to be refunded after changing our mind . Conventiently told he was busy on each call- eventually refunded at 5- following a short and blunt conversation. I went elsewhere and got a much better service.

Absolute shocking service. I can't even begin to list the amount of problems experienced as my phone would run out of battery before I finished typing.

Had a very positive experience whilst choosing & buying my new car. All the colleagues were extremely friendly, especially Abbie Whittaker who answered every question I had positively so I knew exactly what I was getting. So thankyou very much.
