Very pleased with the service I received at Marshall Canterbury recently. Having only had my car under 2 years and finding lots of problems I was worried and annoyed, anticipating a massive payout! thankfully I took it here and was impressed by the guys explaining everything to me and keeping the price lower than anything else I’d received! Happy I have my car back and running beautifully! Definitely will make this place my regular turn to!
Charlie was fantastic from start to finish. He was very helpful and informative throughout. Made you feel comfortable throughout the whole process and helped me find the car I was looking for. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy at every stage. If your looking for a new or used car in the area I would really recommend Peugeot Canterbury and in particular Charlie
Lewis is spot on! Spoke to Lewis on the phone to book my mot, he just needed a reg and time and that was it! So quick and easy and helped settle my nerves, I flipping hate mot's. It's nice to know that kind of customer service is still out there even in main dealers. Cheers Lewis! See you next year!
Purchased a car from Peugeot with the assistance of Charlie who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were not put under any pressure at any point to purchase a car. We had even requested a car from a garage further afield which was brought to the Canterbury garage and again were not pushed to purchase this car. We did however as it was excellent. Charlie also helped us set up Tax, Insurance and explained all the features on the car. We also want to thank Colleen who was on reception, who was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you Charlie, Colleen and all the team.
The very best experience I could have hoped for as it was my first time ordering a new Motability Car without my late wife. The gentleman I met was Robert Tomic. He was so helpful and understanding of my nervousness and made me feel at ease and then made the whole process easy for me to understand.I really can't thank him enough. My disabled daughter is now looking forward to picking up her new car in January next year.... Highly Recommend Dealership and Sales Staff.
I picked up my 208 today and I’m so in love with it. My search criteria were automatic and a colour and Charlie helped me find the perfect car. He was so helpful and really took his time to help me understand everything on offer. He explained everything so well and answered all my “silly” questions without making me feel silly. In fact everyone I spoke to there were so helpful and I know that I’ll be looked after well moving forward especially knowing Charlie is there for me as I’m now part of the Peugoet family. Thank you Charlie I really love my car and am so thankful for all your support
The staff was very helpful. Gave us a full tour of the cars on display as well as the ones we might like. Staff was really warm and friendly and a special mention to Lily the sales lady. she made our experience memorable.
We hunted the UK online for our perfect car, Peugeot 3008, with a few hitting the mark. After speaking with Charlie; he sent me a thorough video showing inside and outside the car with all the information I needed. This was exceptional service and why we decided to view the car. We then put a holding deposit and visited the car a few days later. We want to Canterbury on Sunday and due to the distance we had the car delivered Tuesday. The service was great. Charlie was amazing, so helpful and supportive and nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend.
I went to Marshall Peugeot for a motability vehicle. From the first contact, to driving away in my new car, Charlie, the motability specialist, was wonderful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time, just supported and informed. Highly recommend.
After 9 years of driving my Peugeot 3008 it was time for a change. I tried different makes before coming back to Peugeot and visited Marshall's in Canterbury. I was greeted on the forecourt by Charlie and from that moment on the buying experience was superb. Charlie showed me different 3008s explaining the range of driving features before I settled on a 2023 3008 Ghia and have to say I am over the moon with it. Thank you Charlie and Marshall's, sales without pressure with nothing too much trouble.
