Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of cars. Purchasing a used Skoda Octavia estate was a pleasant and easy process. Traded in our old car for a good price. Very happy with our purchase.
I've been using this branch for a number of years, customer service in the service department this morning was awful. I don't need to be treated like a rock star but the service person was mumbling and no smiles, lack lustre attitude and not suited for customer service. Today I'm spending 300 pound minimum and for what? Really come on skoda you can do better, left feeling with a bad taste in my mouth. I dout I would spend another 38k with them, or maybe I expect to much... shame nice cars people skills have gone down hill some what ******** update ********** Must say after this experience they contacted me to see what the issue was, at least they contacted me as other companies don't bother. Up the rating because of this and thank-you for the contact. ********** update 2 ******** Returned for the dreaded MOT, greated by Sophie who took me though the usual process, although I'm out of pocket for some tyres the customer service was ideal today exactly what I would expect. Sophie was helpful and 100% professional, vastly improved service would I buy another car you might have changed my mind today, well done team

What a lovely showroom, nice and welcoming. Plenty of places to park when visiting and the sales chap Paul Holness was great, taking care of everything, sourcing a car for me quickly and very professionally. 5
A great service - Sebastian and the team went the extra mile, returning from holiday to ensure we had everything we needed, and left happy. We found an issue after we left, which they resolved. We’d highly recommend the Canterbury Skoda dealership.

Not bought a car from there but had one looked at as they are now the local for that franchise. Very friendly and helpful. Asked them many a question which was answered perfectly. Unlike their counterpart where the vehicle was purchased from. Also knew about add-ons so I could get the most out of the apps etc.

I bought my car here and have been very impressed by my experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Servicing and adding extra parts have resulted in me returning the car on 3 occasions so far, and each time it has been easy to arrange and the work has been completed on time. I'm a happy customer.
