We recently moved in to our new home in Clifton. We dealt almost exclusively with Alex Vaughan-Turner who gave us excellent customer service. He was friendly, market-aware, helpful, patient and went the extra mile to help us along the way: a good sense of humour and a pleasure to deal with. Alex communicated well with us and our vendor and his colleagues and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Fantastic service from the lettings team! Allen and Harris recently helped me find a property in Bristol on short notice. I was relocating from Liverpool and they were able to book me in several viewings on the one day I was down, helping me find a lovely flat in Clifton. I was able to move in the next week after they worked hard to get all the references and paperwork completed in time, As I was based in Liverpool until I moved in to the property it was great that they were able to do everything over the phone or via email once we had done the initial viewing. The staff were helpful, attentive, lovely to deal with and the flat is perfect!! Thank you so much.

I have dealt with this branch for many years. As a landlord I have been very pleased with the way they secure suitable tenants. Renewals and changes of occupancy are dealt with a minimum of fuss.

Any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently by Amy Garrod the Property Manager. The trades people they appoint have all been of a high standard, and as an absent landlord I've never had the feeling I've been overcharged. I think they deserve the five star rating I've given them.

We found Tom Jackson of Allen and Harris in Clifton very helpful. We had specific requirements for renting a property and were able to view all qualifying properties in one day with him. After deciding on the property we wanted the formalities were efficiently completed, and since becoming tenants we have received excellent support. Would recommend Tom and Allen & Harris Clifton to any prospective tenant.

Have used A&H since I decided to rent out my property a number of years ago. Would definitely recommend them as a letting agent, they totally took the stress out of the whole process and have found me really great tennants over the years. Amy is fantastic, I’ve dealt with her right from the start, I have always received great customer service from her and great communication.
