Having rented a property through Joe for years, even before the creation of Berkeley, I can honestly say I have always found both him and Ryan incredibly helpful. I also sold the property through Berkeley and so can also say they did a fantastic job of both finding me a buyer and helping move the sale along despite what turned out to be a difficult buyer. Highly recommended.

I can’t rate Joe and the team highly enough. From instruction to completion they went over and above. They secured us the sale and worked extremely hard to ensure the chain didn’t break, when at times it was very close. They kept us updated when our solicitors were often slow at responding, and kept all parties informed throughout. I would certainly use them in the future.

Great management, if you end up buying or renting through Berkeley’s you’re in good hands. Friendly, professional and been great support throughout my time dealing with them. Would strongly recommend. The customer is without a doubt put before money, which is a rarity these days!

Excellent Service, i used Berkeley for both renting and selling a property. Very professional and helpful. Actually sold my apartment after it had been on the market for just 2 days!! Joe Burnell is very knowledgeable, honest and hard working, if i had any other properties to sell or rent, Berkeley would always be my 1st choice.
