Restaurant 56 is located at the newly refurbished Sudbury House Hotel in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. Head Chef Andrew Scott and his team serve Modern British cuisine, from a choice of three different tasting menus.

Fine dining at it's best, beautiful setting for a fabulous restaurant. We tried the Prime tasting menu and the food was exquisite, has to be awarded a Michelin star anytime soon. The professionalism of all the staff contribute to an all round amazing dining experience. We travelled to stay in Oxfordshire for a few day's especially to be able to try the restaurant as it has been on my "to do list" for the last year. Andrew Scott and Nick Bennett are amazing chefs.

Took my wife here for her birthday. The food and wine is simply out of this world, cannot recommend enough. The staff will look after you and can have a laugh with them

Fantastic restaurant. The chefs are outstanding, food is superb and a fabulous range of wines. Staff provide excellent service and are always so welcoming. We love this place, a crime it doesn't have a couple of Michelin stars.
