Just an incredible weekend.nnHotel & Staff: A real home away from home. As soon as you walk in, it's incredibly cosy and comfortable with amazing little touches - the art is phenominal. The rooms are really spacious, the bed was like laying on a cloud, but what makes it so special is the staff. Jack my favourite man on earth, Rebecca, Jade, Vasco, Leanne, and everyone else I'm definitely missing a few names make you feel so welcome and will genuinely drop everything for you when you need them.nnHorn: Delicious. Not too pricy, and cooked to perfection. The restaurant is warmly lit and you feel so looked after. Highly recommend the burger.nnWild Restaurant: Unbelievable. Ben was absolutely incredible. The food was some of the very best I've ever had - that monkfish with the lemony sauce, my mouth is literally watering as I'm thinking about it. But the whole experience around the table was just so much fun - we'll be back in the summer for sure.
The Bull Hotel in Burford is perfectly situated on the high street, making it easy to explore the town’s lovely shops and traditional tea rooms. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with premium drink amenities that added a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was included and thoroughly enjoyed.nWe also dined at the hotel one evening and had a great meal, complemented by pleasant and attentive service. The standout feature, however, was the impressive art displayed throughout the hotel, which created a distinctive and interesting atmosphere. The roaring fires added to the charm, making it the perfect place to relax with a bottle of red wine. A truly enjoyable stay.
What a great place . Lovely decor and ambiance from as soon as you walk in you can tell a lot of thought has gone into to it. Sat at the bar and had a beer and a cocktail. Barman Jake was very knowledgeable and excellent creator of off menu cocktails- just ask! Then we had an amazing experience with Jack , Leanne and super chef Ben in Wild. A lovely way to learn about the food you are going to eat , watch it being cooked and savour the end result.nnService was brilliant and we were made to feel very special. Great friendly place , will be returning.
Bull Burford-Cotswolds 5* on a whole different level!nWe recently stayed at The Bull Burford for Valentine’s Day, and it was nothing short of exceptional.nnThe 7-course Valentine’s tasting menu curated by Head Chef Oliver Durnford, alongside fellow chef Ash, was absolutely off the hook.nOliver & Ash personally came to my table to make sure my dining experience was going according to plan……. Service on another level.nThese two chefs are focused on attention to detail.nEach course was beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and full of creativity and flavour.nIt was clear that real passion and precision went into every dish.nnFrom the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and genuine.nJack, the General Manager, and Becky at reception made the stay truly awesome, attentive, personable, and effortlessly professional.nnThe Venetian Suite was superb, luxurious, elegant, and the perfect romantic setting. Breakfast the following morning was the icing on the cake and rounded off an already outstanding experience.nnThis is a five-star retreat in every sense.nThe entire team delivered service like one family, seamless, warm, and genuinely invested in making our stay special.nWe couldn’t fault a single thing and cannot wait to return and would advise everyone to head to this amazing location in the Cotswolds.
We had a really lovely stay at The Bull. The food was excellent, well cooked and full of flavour!nnThe hotel is very comfortable with plenty of character, and our room was clean and cosy.
