Extremely good food, well cooked, good portions with fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. Set in a very well set up and spotlessly clean restaurant, as well as toilets. I will definitely be paying another visit, well worth the 30 mile drive.

We have been going to Monica's plaice for several years. The staff are the best so friendly and helpful. The food is second to none its alway cooked fresh when we eat in and nicely presented.

Two enthusiastic thumbs up This place no pun intended was such a find. I was driving through Lechlade on the way home from Farringdon. I've never been there before and wasn't recommended the chippy but I'm so glad we took a punt and stopped. The fish was so flacky and light, the chips were proper chip shop chips and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu had loads of choice and was reasonably priced. I ended up having a kids meal too, it was plenty.... And I had a cheery aid with my meal. BONUS
If I could give more stars I would. The food is amazing perfectly cooked and good portion. The service recieved is second to none and quick considering there was 12 of us. Will definitely go again even of it is a 40 mile drive.
