Lovely hotel, cant seem to fault it. We was welcomed by a lovely member of staff. They were very helpful and told us all the information we needed to know. We got directions to our room. Our room was beautiful, well decorated no marks anywhere. It was so clean and we loved the shower. The room was big and the bed was so comfy. We would recommend this to anyone defiantly worth the price. Right next door to a shopping centre with loads of restaurants. Easy to find and great parking. Staff are defiantly the most nicest we have ever met. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Comfortable room and bed. Clean and tidy. Heating/air conditioning totally controllable. Everything I expected was in the room. Friendly staff. Not sure it was worth the full £100 excluding breakfast, but I needed a room for the night in that area.

Really bug room even though we were a family of four. Clean and well maintained I really liked the shower cubicle with the seat. Very good standard of breakfast, better than some 4* places! Very friendly staff and efficient booking in and out. Good parking.

The room itself was clean and tidy but when it came to breakfast time in the morning there was just the chef in the kitchen and no-one else. We had to clear the table ourselves and ask the chef for plates and cutlery. The chef was pleasant enough, handled the pressure quite well and deserves a medal for his heroics. Ramada, fix this please coz this put a dampened on an otherwise pleasant stay

Ok hotel. Kinda of budget and basic, 4 plugs in room on desk none near bed. Room cold for me. Staff very freindly and helpful. Used restaurant for evening meal was nice food. Breakfast good as was made an omelette but coffee was awful do made instant.
