Only had a hot chocolate here while waiting for my friend's train.nIt wasn't too expensive and the hot drinks were great.nnWould recommend for anyone seeking a cool cafe close to the station to pass time.nnAlso has some nice sofas that were unfortunately occupied at the time- one person took possession of an entire sofa that me and my two other friends would have enjoyed ‍nnOther than that it was a chill experience and atmosphere toonnPS: we didn't lodge there, just used the cafe
Check in is quick and convenient. The hotel has a contemporary design and everything is comfortable.nThe rooms are clean and minimal but have all you need. The bathroom is a little weird as it is an elevated cubicle.nBreakfast is a good mix of cooked and continental so something to suit everyone.nThe hotel is conveniently located by the train station but I found it to be quiet that I wasn't disturbed by outside noise.nIt is about a 30 min walk to the main university buildings.
Give the staff a raise! This is the second time I have stayed with them and they are ever so sweet and kind. Hotel is cosy and modern at the same time. One tip, please do reintroduce the luggage scales as it is very handy before heading to the airport :
Stayed many times before. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. What was better this stay was the bar / cafe on the ground floor where the service, food quality and general ambience better than ever.
Location was super convenient for me being right at the train station and it's an easy walk to downtown Cambridge. Room was clean and comfortable. Basic amenities, including iron and board. Discount in the coffee shop downstairs. All around great value.
