I would always expect more when it's about Hilton. This hotel is in the heart of Cambridge, so the location is great. I had no view from my room as it was facing the hall. The rooms are big, my bed was huge and comfy, but cleanliness wasn't the best lots of dust, the bathroom was very basic, the shower had curtains, which I find not practical, a glass would be much better. Room service was really bad, I tried to order food available 24/7 via the app, but I ended up ordering a delivery from a restaurant cause I could place an order. Breakfast is good, many delicious choices to choose from. There is lots of room for improvement and I hope they will cause I am a regular guest of Hilton and I will come back for sure in the near future.
This is our favourite Hilton in the UK. The service is 10/10 from check-in, F&B service to check-out.nnThe main reason we returned is that every member of the Hilton team in Cambridge was helpful and pleasant.nnWe had an excellent stay.
We recently got married in Cambridge, ON and needed a wedding block for our guests. Right from the start Amanda Axt, our sales associate, was a pleasure to work with.nnQuick responses, helpful suggestions and professional attitude are a few of the qualities I'd use to describe Amanda. Above all, she was positive and helped relieve any stress we had about finding a convenient, clean and hospitable place for our guests to stay for the weekend!nnThe onsite hotel staff were a pleasure to deal with for both myself, my new bride and our guests!nnVery pleased with the experience and appreciate all the help in making our wedding a smashing success!
The room is too small.nNo minibar inside the room!!!nThe wardrobe is a joke toooooo small!!!nNot clean! The windows and floor were dirty.nThe staff of reception desk wasn't helpful and flexible. She simply asked us to leave the hotel if we were not comfortable with an unreasonable entrance deposit!!!nWe will not come back here again.
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, so conveniently located, I was able to walk to the attractions and punting sites. From the moment I arrived the hotel till I left, all staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was also great, will certainly come back again next time when visiting Cambridge.
