Good business hotel with modern amenities. It's situated on the outskirts of the Cambridge town so one has to depend on cabs or your own conversance. Best and clean rooms. Basic Continental breakfast available with takeaway options as well. A bar with comfortable sitting arrangements is available. Courteous and helpful staff. Good menu options available for a cosy dinner .

Really friendly staff. Nice clean room. Bed was OK, slept in better. Shower was very good. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Clean room. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good wifi in room.Dinner has limited options; the meat pie was ok. Breakfast was good and fast. Complimentary newspaper (Independent). Took them a little while to find my Holiday Inn points account, but I had forgotten my number so I guess that explains it. In any case it all worked out and they credited my account. Taxi came quickly (5 minutes) when they called it in the morning.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. The menu was a joke, the food tasted and looked plastic, and there was no service (had to order at the bar like a pub). The wallpaper in the room was ripped and you either had to have ALL the lights on or off together.

Lovely room in a nice, up-to-date building. Staff was courteous, helpful, cheerful. As an American visiting the UK, morning breakfast buffet was fantastic -- light years ahead of the continental you get in the States. While the hotel looks a bit out of the way on the map, it was just a £10 cab ride from the train station or the University. There's also a convenient walking path that can lead you to a few pubs and restaurants within 15 minutes.
