From the initial enquiry, Mike was very friendly and professional. He sent a video of the car to me. I was very happy to go ahead with the purchase without physically seeing the car. It took several days to sort out all the paperwork, Mike was incredibly efficient. He delivered the car to me six days after my initial enquiry. I’m absolutely delighted with my stunning SLK. It’s in pristine condition, “a work of art and precision engineering”. I can highly recommend anyone to buy a car from Mike, he offered a 5* service throughout, you will not be disappointed. Very many thanks, Mike, for all help and support.
Just bought an very nice A class from here Service was unbelievably good. No pressure sales tactics, left alone to have a good look around. Prices were better than the competition. We bought the car we were interested in which makes an eventful day. We picked it up the following day and they had had it serviced for us at no extra cost to us. If I want another Mercedes which is quite likely, without doubt this will be my first port of call. Highly recommended as a genuine bloke and dealership.
My second Mercedes purchase from Mike and once again superb car and top notch customer service, highly recommend. If you are looking to purchase a pre-owned Mercedes, go and see him. He also makes a very good cup of tea!
Saw the vehicle on the forecourt and liked what I saw. Good price and the right spec. Mike was very friendly and helpful and sorted out a fresh mot and wheel refurb for me. Very pleasurable experience buying a car from Mike. Relaxed experience and he was happy to anwser all my questions. Honest description of the car, it was in great condition and at a very reasonable price.
Purchased in 3 days!! Came to see Mike after an awful experience from the del boys at Evans Halshaw. Mikes approach was relaxed and not pushy. He had/has a fine selection of vehicles and is well versed on Mercedes Benz. He fulfilled all his promises including doing additional work to the car post purchase. This included him collecting and dropping the vehicle from my house. Excellent dealership, competitive prices and most importantly an experienced and personal touch!
I have just bought a Mercedes E class convertible from Mike and I must say buying this car was an absolute joy. Mike is a fantastic guy ,not pushy at all ,very knowledgeable and very helpful, will definitely recommend him.
From the moment of viewing the car to accepting the car on my drive the transaction has been a joy Mike suggested that he personally would bring the car to north wales and half hour earlier on the agreed time Some would say fool hardy not to have seen the car, but because of 2 phone calls, extra photographs including all documentations Mike was true to his word and we are looking at a vgc A Class that drives well Mike drove 180miles and sits nicely on our drive Would I do it again , yes with this dealer , with others, I don’t know, what I can say is that through polite conversations and a willingness to send extra photographs Mike sold a car and we received the car we would have wanted Thank you mike from Angela and peter
