Inherited a bike that had a common fault with the rear hub gears. Googled the hell out of it without any joy. So took it to a place that was super close to me at the time and they said “no, that SRAM hub gear is done and there is no point trying to do anything. Maybe leave it in the one gear that worked”. I went home. Tried Push and bought a bike from them before. It was a decent trade and liked them. Had a chat with the owner about the problem and he was super honest about knowing what he knew and didn’t know. He had ideas and asked if I would leave the bike for my son at the shop to have a think about it. He wanted a week to think and solve. Thought about converting to single speed as I loved the idea of a belt driven kids bike. He set a fair budget limit, and said he would call If he needed more money or to give up. Four days later, I get the call. Creative problem solving led to a fix I didn’t read about on the net. Pretty much got as good as new set up for a brilliant fair price. My boy is super happy and thanks to the Push Team who were honest, fair, creative and sorted me out fantastically!
I feel like I owe Push a review as they are brilliant. 2 years ago they built me a bike, and were amazing all the way through the process. The most friendly and helpful people you can ever want to do such a task. And then this week when I had buckled my rear rim, they fixed and made true the wheel in a few hours and charged just £10. That wheel has never been rounder and I'm flying around the city again. Great team, great shop.
A great place to take your bike. I had a full service on a five year old Specialised Sirrus and they did an amazing job at a fair price and explained everything to me. It rides like a new bike and i have recommended them to friends ever since!
Fantastic service from Kieran and his team. Rapid and efficient, they text you when bikes ready. So pleased with road bike service took my Mountain Bike in. Great job guys

Took my bike for a service and got very helpful advice for an issue with my gears. No attempts to sell me a solution, and gave me a complete discretion about what to do, no pressure. Knowledgeable and friendly place, which I'll go back to in future.

My first impression was really positive as the person that I spoke to was kind, knowledgable and soft spoken. I left my bike for a tube replacement, new brake pads and I also wanted a new seat post. The employee told me it will be £35-£40 tube £3, pads £4 and seat post £16, the rest was meant to be labour. I thought it was decent and the employee also offered to check the bearings on my handle bar stem. I returned the same day and another person with different manners handed me the bike saying it is £50. I asked what did they do extra since his colleague told me maximum £40 to which he just stated exactly the things I have already agreed. Additionally, he stated that they didn't check the bearings. I felt embarrassed to take it further so I paid and left. I know £10 is not a significant amount overall but in this context it was. The attitude left me with a bitter feeling and I don't think I will be going back.
The team is very nice. They are also fast and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend to use Push
