Bicycle selling and servicing. Coffee too.

Story

Micycle aims to be approachable and welcoming to all people ... not just hardened cyclists. We sell and service bikes but unlike other bike shops we have tools and stands for customers to use and even a bike wash in our tranquil garden - please register on our website first.

With coffee, fresh fruit and a range of cold beverages we try to ease the pain of those annoying punctures and get you back on your bicycle happy.

For bigger jobs you can drop your bike off at anytime or book an express 24h service. Our popular fleet of courtesy bikes are available free of charge - just ask to see if we have any in.

I left my bike in to get the brake pads and rear brake cable replaced and I was told the bike would be ready at noon the following day. I showed up at 3pm to see my bike still hadn't been touched and thrown pretty carelessly with some other bikes. I came back at 6:30pm and it was still being worked on. Poor service and communication. On my commute the following day I noticed a lot of resistance when pedalling. Assuming it was the new brake pads wearing in I kept going, only to realise about a mile later that my front wheel had been bent and it was the tyre rubbing on the frame. The guide for the rear cable was also put in upside down and left that way. Sloppy, poor quality workmanship. Save your money/time/bikes and go elsewhere.
Exceptionally good local bike shop for maintenance etc. Always friendly, often able to sort issues out there and then, or same day, and will find a way to do things cost effectively. Sorted out my bashed up derailleur and got me back on the road. Highly recommended.
Got served by a really nice guy, clearly very knowledgeable. Sorted my bike out in 5 minutes. Lovely place - easily best bike shop I’ve been to in London.

The absolute best. 5 stars. Chefs kiss. I took an accessory front mounted child seat for bikes to a an apparent bike shop near finsbury park station and apparently they were unable to. They seemed to lack the knowledge rather than anything else. I previously asked for a rear child seat to be mounted and they couldnt do that either smh. I went to mycycle and they were able to do both. In decent time too. The service at mycycle is incomparable. Loyal happy customer. The other bike shop, I wont name names, are clearly not as knowledgeable. Oh well. Thank you so much for
I have been to better places. Took the bike in for a service and clean plus general check over. Well the bike came back in exactly the state I took it in. The whole point was I wanted someone else to do it so I will end up cleaning it myself! It lives in one of those bike hut things so it was in a state after the winter. I can't be arsed to clean it so I thought it would be like when you take your car for a service, it comes back a service and a quick clean up! Also the chain slipped exactly in the area it had rusted in the hut so going up the old railway it started jumping off the cog. Took it home and oiled it myself with some old motorbike chain restorer and that did the trick. It's the old adage... Want something doing?, then do it yourself! Last time it serviced and cleaned some old geezer came around on a bike with all his kit on a trailer. Left him to it and the bike looked like new and sparkling. Trouble is, there is never an old geezer around when you want one.....
Needed a repair on the back wheel hub/axle. Very friendly, efficient and did a good job, price was reasonable. Will come again
Asked if they could fix my e-scooter flat tyre & suspected replacement break pads. Phoned ahead before arrival. Thought I might have to leave it in shop, nope. Dropped what he was doing, started on my scooter. Was up and running with a new tyre & brake cable. Was back on the road after twenty minutes! Very friendly service, top class. Highly recommended & thank you.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Pumped and adjusted my seat as well. Lovely neighbourhood bike shop - would recommend if you are in the area!
Jesse is the best! I’m new to the area and through word of mouth got recommended his shop to get a couple things fixed on my bike. Every time I go over he is so quick and gets me back on the road. I’ve learnt some new things by watching him work too and I’ll always be going back to get my bike repaired. Great local shop and a gem in the area :
