Had some repairs done on my old Peugeot and was super impressed with the service. Breathed some new life into my old bike and at incredibly good value compared to the quotes I had from a few of the bigger bike chain stores. Service was also freindly and turn around really prompt.
The guys at this shop are brilliant. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We got a puncture just round the corner and when we stopped in to buy a new tube they gave us loads of help. They could see it was a new bike and we didn't know what we were doing and helped us through. All for the price of an inner tube. Also a great place for a coffee. Keep up the good work guys.
Excellent place and a really cool guy. My bike chain had broken, I'd used my chain tool and done my best to fix it but the link was still stiff, I bought another chain tool and got hints and tips as well. I didn't have to miss doing the London WNBR Amazing place with quality products and great prices
This is our amazing neighborhood bike shop: beautiful bicycles and all the necessary and nice to have items and accessories. The best part is the manager and awesome staff. They are generous with their advice, time and will lend you a tool if you need to make an adjustment.
I was very surprised to be met with 'buy me a beer and you can pump your bike or buy this full sized bike pump' when I asked if I could borrow a pump to get some air in my tyres. This is the place where I had my bike fully serviced but because they don't happily lend put a pump without making the situation awkward I think I'll go elsewhere in the future. All other bike stores I've seen in London happily gives you a bit of free air without fuss. I get you're running a business but business is built on good relationships.
Just what you want from your local bike shop - friendly, knowledgeable and non-patronising. I've had to drop in here twice in the last month for minor repairs and they were done without fuss even though the jobs weren't that big or expensive a new tyre and a new chain. Coffee ain't half bad either :- No complaints here.
for 2 weeks running I have had a puncture, and for 2 weeks running this shop has come to my rescue. I was served immediately and the problem resolved immediately and I was able to continue my day. I found the guy in the shop to be extreemly helpful, knowledgeable and extreemly courteous. This is a local business with local overheads, and I would happily reccommend this business to anyone and have no hesitation to return...it's such an a great place to have around the corner!
Very personable, they don't patronise, they fit the best parts and make your bike work better in the long run. For example, kept having punctures. I talked to them about it and they fitted better tyres. Result. No punctures
Yes they are friendly, but they are quite expensive, e.g. a Continental gator skin tyre is £38 and then £10 to fit. At wiggle the same tyre is £25.20. My second annoyance was that they took off the uprated brakes that I had on the bike that worked very well and duly threw them away and fitted some cheap pads for free.
My bike now rides like a dream, every bit of effort i put in now translates into distance travelled. Also the whole process of bringing bike in and chatting to guy who runs it was really positive. No selling, and no sense of ugh your bike isn't super cool and super expensive. He just chatted with me about the things he could see needed fixing and anything else i'd noticed. He explained things really well and never pushed anything. The bike I've got back feels better than the one i bought 6 years ago. In fact it probably now is!
