Alex is an amazing PT, very professional and pushes you to your limits. After doing classes for over 5 years I just was not getting the results, once I met with Alex we quickly sat down and worked through a diet plan and an exercise routine to fit in with my busy schedule. I've been training with Alex 5 -6 times a week and the impact its had on me physically and mentally is incredible. I look forward to working out and can now see the levels I can achieve. With Alex's great personality he is not just a PT but a great friend who has turned into family. Thanks Alex for an unbelievable few months and the impact you have had on me!!
Alex is an amazing Personal Trainer, he doesn't help you just physically but mentally also, after a debilitating illness Alex has really helped with my fitness and mental state, he truly is a legend and im privileged to be training with him. He is patient and passionate about helping you reach your goals, if you genuinely want to make changes and reach your goals, then there is no one out there who can help you better than this Guy.
Great guy putting is superb knowledge of Human body, diet and exercise into practice helping us all achieve the best for ourselves. I can say with confidence that Alex has a positive and very encouraging attitude towards his work and his clients, is always there to support during sessions and out of sessions if additional guidance was required. 100% recommended.
He pushes you to your limits and works to bring out the best in all his clients. He helped me gain 10 Ibs in 6 weeks and I gained more muscle too. Alex is one of the nicest people I've met. He is full of personality and very knowledgeable in his field. I will definitely have more sessions with him in the future.

Alex should be highly recommended. He is extremely professional in every aspect of his training and, most importantly, listens to your goals and plans training sessions to meet everyone's individual need. He is adaptable and really cares about his clients, changing programmes where necessary. He keeps up to date with new developments and ensures every session is not only focussed but relevant and different. There is no 'one size fits all' approach - everyone is different and Alex works hard to motivate you, whatever your fitness level. One in a million.
