Story

Muscles Health and Fitness is a friendly and affordable gym located in Great Bridge, Tipton in the West Midlands. We’ve been a gym for over 18 years so we know a thing about training. We welcome all members and all fitness levels. We’re open 7 days a week meaning you can get your gym fix at a time to suit you.

Unlike other gyms in the local area, we pride ourselves on the fact we don't tie you into a contract. You can pay for a months worth of training, or a single session. There are no direct debits, we don't take bank details, you just pay by cash on the day. March 2014 prices are as follows.

Single Session: £3.
Weeks training: £9.
Months training £25.

We also offer dietary advice for regular users of the gym, whether your goal be gaining muscle or loosing bodyfat.
