CrossFit Rudis

Been training here for four months and I'm totally hooked. I'm a complete convert from heavy lifting in the gym to crossfit - the coaches are super knowledgeable and with their help I'm already lifting more now than I ever have been and I'm nailing techniques I was scared to try before without a problem. If you're even thinking about it then give this place a try - friendly regulars and brilliant coaches.

Very supportive and friendly, everyone there makes you feel welcome, I don't feel out of place and the coaches and helpful and know what they are on about!

A new starter to Crossfit and an excellent experience so far at Crossfit Rudis. Knowledgeable and helpful coaches with all members giving a warm welcome and tips. A great environment and recommend giving it a try! Patrick

I've been with Crossfit Rudis for over a year and half and i've been having a great fun experience in a huge energetic atmosphere filled with great vibes and great people, it's changed my life completely with an amazing experience , dedicated coaches available at any time and helping you to reach your max potential of your capabilities and bringing out the best out of you. I would highly reccomend everyone to visit the place.👍🏻
