Have been attending this gym now for a couple months.nStaff are amazing and always there to help if needed.nWhen I first started I was abit nervous but Stacey was very friendly and made me feel at ease. she showed me around and how to use the equipment correctly and efficiently to get the best out of my workout.nThe gym is very clean and welcoming.nI would highly recommend.nKeep up the good work

I've just started training with my friend been a member for 5 years can't fault very very clean except some member leaving there water bottles on floor why?? I joined the late night gym session only a few people traing can get access to machines straight awaynSo can do your sets and reps quicker so 3 hrs in peak time is possible in 1.5 ISH hours

I attended this gym and as someone who travels across the country. This was the best one I’ve been to so far. Big shoutout to Stacey who was very helpful with showing me around and explaining some of the kit to me. She showed excellent knowledge and great demonstrations.

I love this gym, the staff are always on hand to help and support wherever needed. I always recommend this gym to friends and family.nnThe manager is always really friendly and has a lot of time for her staff and members.nnLove this gym!! 10/10

Great gym although recently kids have been tailgating to get in and damaging the changing rooms! Cmon managers, sort this out! Mike is great, it’s always a pleasure to see him - he is the biggest asset to the gym!
