An Indian woman working at this post office should have taken a closer look at her behaviour. She came across as rude, with the lack of professionalism towards customers, frequently provides incorrect information, and appeared to be lacking in some basic manners. It's clear that she may not have received the proper training or have feel for professionalism at the work place. There are plenty of other friendly and well-qualified individuals who could be in her position and make a positive impact in the workplace and for us customers. My parcel posted here vanishes. This appears to be a recurring issue at this post office, as per the reviews/ experiences of other people. This should be investigated.
One guy so rude. He has light-colored eyes, He is literally making fun of people. How old is him? He should retire now and make way for new friendly service providers. It's a big disappointment.
As Post Offices go I think this is actually a pretty good one! It's small and can have large queues no self-service, but overall I always find the customer service is friendly and the queue doesn't usually take that long. I've never experienced rude service from the staff - they always say hello and seem perfectly nice! They feature local artists in the windows which adds to the sense of charm and local community. Food and drinks are overpriced in my opinion hence 4 stars - but fair for the area and in line with other similar stores nearby. Ideal if you just want to grab some milk and post a parcel quickly!
On 25/7/2022 , i went there to buy a £100 gift card and the woman inside post office box was extremely rude to me. She asked me " How i gonna pay?" and i said "I will pay with my phone". Then she said "You cant pay by phone you need to pay with card " and I said " I have card in my wallet " She kept asking what kind of card do i have and i was really annoyed . I showed her my debit card and she said she dont need it . Then i paid the money with my phone. The point is she thought i cant afford to pay that gift card and interrogating me like a police. I wish the shop owner see this review and teach the staffs some manners and attitude .
The staff is very slow. There is always a queue. I have even seen one of them sleeping at work. It happens twice my packs, I sent to disappear and cannot be found. Once I asked for proof of dispatch and was told, "You should have said earlier that you needed it." The gentleman who can barely work and sleeps in front of the customers groped several times in detail what is in my shipment. So I ask myself some questions about the shipments that were never sent to their recipients.
The boss is a youngish man who is very kind and friendly. I know some people feel the prices are quite high but I've heard rent and extra costs for these shops is crippling for the majority in the borough of Camden so my guess is Regents park road and it being a part of Primrose Hill where we've an amazing choice of cafes, restaurants....you have a very good selection and when I leave I'll keep favourable and extremely fond memories with me forever! I know for myself since lockdown is in its second phase I've been relieved to see this shop has stayed open when many others were closed. So thank you and staff for being there in these tough times. And the staff are usually helpful where they can be. Don't be afraid to ask if you can't find what you need.
You'd expect the post office in a place like Primrose Hill to be a warm friendly community orientated place. Sadly it's the opposite, the staff are on a good day oblivious and bumbling and on a bad one plain aggressive and rude. I can't count the number of times I've seen the staff verbally attack customers for the heinous crimes of 'looking at a magazine / newspaper' or being annoyed that they want to use the card machine for items under £2. Combined with the cynical and outrageous markups they put on everyday items because of the lack of alternatives in the area make this somewhere I boycott whenever I can.
You do a good job in my opinion and I’m sorry some other reviewers have been unlucky? My family have used your Post Office for more than 5 years now, and unlike other local post offices I have never had to queue for too long and staff efficient. You are my first choice.
Never go to this shop! there is a small shop just in the same area as this post office Around 30 GBP for just plain flour and alcohol soap, which is too expensive. There was no price sticker on the product and the seller concealed the total amount in the card machine when I paid with my card, and I found it was ridiculously expensive after paying for it.
Went there today 1 30pm the price of parcel should of been £5.39 the woman was rude behind the counter and was ready to push my parcel back though the hatch when I complained about the price then she said she will do it not signed for at a lower price but still charged me £6.90 signed for couldn't be bothered to argue so paid the £6.90 she was very rude a not helpful lacks customer service and gave me the highest price to ship a small light parcel thay seem to try and get customers to pay the highest prices.
