Lovely Indian couple work own this post office. In years I feel close to them, they always ask me how I am, and work hard. I really like the service here. This small but well equipped local post office is a little treasure box in Queens-park.
Lovely gentleman and very friendly. A great experience overall. Please ignore the negative reviews, probably reflects on people who are unhappy with their lives and obviously bored as have time to post reviews.
I have never being so mistreated in a place like I was here. The manager Raj at this store should maybe find a job that doesn't involve customer service. WORSE EVER. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Baffled to see any negative reviews on here. This post office is run by the sweetest couple who will always go above and beyond to help you and explain things. I live just down the street and use them every 2-4 weeks and they are very polite and helpful.
I've never written a bad review in my life as I know they might give problems to people's working life. But the guy that served me today gave me the worst customer service ever spiced up with a lot of attitude. a different post office got my commission

I do not understand all the negative reviews. My Partner and I have always had a pleasant experience with these folks.
They make it up and they go along and normally always over price. If you go the Kilburn branch yes the que is longer but they won't rip you off. I have had multiple experiences now of being over charged.
