I visited the post office this morning to send a package, and I had a very positive experience. The staff member who assisted me was Ammar. He was extremely courteous and efficient, handling my package with care and ensuring that all the necessary steps were completed smoothly. He patiently answered all my questions and provided helpful information regarding shipping options and delivery times. I appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism displayed.

Shahbaz was so helpful he made my experience at the post office smooth and easy and sorted everything out for me! I will definitely come back to this post office as the staff are so lovely and friendly.
Very friendly NEW staff. I had to make a deposit in my bank account and I had all coins and even if it was almost closing time they were super nice. Best post office in the area! x
I’ve been using this Post Office for many years & the transition under new ownership has been faultless. I’m in most days dropping off packages & nothing is ever a problem. Akila & Ammar always really helpful & efficient. Great work Zahir. J
New owners had big boots to fill after previous owners but have filled in seamlessly. Professional, efficient and courteous especially Akila who often serves me.
The new management of the Queen’s Park Post Office is doing an excellent job! They are kind, patient, helpful and very personable. We are so lucky to have them in Queen’s Park!
Very rude and poor customer service. Was lied to by staff about my delivery was told my item hadn’t arrived and was asked to come back tomorrow without having checked first, when it had in fact, been there the whole time. The manger got involved and ask me “not have my items delivered here again” when I asked why I had been lied to about the delivery of my items
It is a pleasure to deal with Ammar at this Post Office because he is very kind and helpful.
Akila and Afroz are welcoming, friendly and run a tight, happy ship. We were afraid that when Raj and Parita left, our Post Office would no longer be the hub of our community, but I need not have worried. The tradition lives on and Akila and Afroz have once again made the Post Office a very important part of our neighbourhood.
